"My recent visit to Baskin-Robbins left much to be desired. Upon ordering an Oreo shake and a nutty coconut scoop on a sugar cone, I found the shake to be disappointingly watery. When I politely asked for a remake, the staff member's dismissive response and eye-rolling demeanor were concerning. Despite addressing the issue, the employee denied any wrongdoing and proceeded to serve the ice cream in a cup instead of on a cone as requested. Feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, I chose to leave without finishing my order. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and disregard for quality at a beloved establishment like Baskin-Robbins."

Worst baskin robins ever first of all I told them two scopes of strawberry they barely just give 1 1/2 and than my spoon came with a hair, don’t ever eat at this baskin robins location worst junk ever, very unsanitary.
Seen the employee process a cash payment then came directly to me, asking me what it is that I wanted. I asked him nicely to please wash your hands, and he seemed to have gotten upset, because I asked for him to wash his hands. Seems like management isn’t enforcing employees to wash their hands after every transaction. Due to Covid-19 it’s highly important for cleanliness and sanitation, especially after handing a cash transaction. The counters and surfaces are also not being cleaned often... I recommend management or corporate to reach out to this location at Fresno, Fashion Fair Mall; Baskin Robbins kiosk.

I got two ice cream cones, the ice cream was melted. There was a lady and a man working there. I asked the guy to replace my ice cream because it was melted and he said he couldn't do that. I asked him to give me another flavor because the whole ice cream had melted. I talked to the lady, and she asked him to give me another flavor. He gave me the ice cream in a cup, not in the cone that i paid for, and threw the cup of ice cream on the counter. The service was horrible and i wont be coming back here.
I worked at this Baskin Robbins for several months. It was the worst experience for a first job. The bosses not only accuse you of everything, they do not give you proper breaks. They make you work 5 plus hours without taking a seat or taking a break, which should be mandatory that they let us know we need to take a break, especially when dealing with huge and rude families on the weekends.They made us workers give smaller scoops than the policy 2.5 oz scoop or 4.0 oz scoop. The customers would then question how small the scoop was we would then get a complaint, then us workers would get in trouble for scooping small when that was what we were told to do. As well as not giving us the proper treatment they wouldn't let us request days off when needed. A girl that still works there was told she couldn't leave when something terribly had happened to her dad. Also I had a death in my family and as I called to see if I could leave early, mind you there was 2 other workers still there I was told "NO!" And that I was needed. All that being said the bosses Carine and Narguise aren't professional when it comes to talking to you about an incident or problem. The bosses would also listen to the coworkers they favored and the favored co workers would basically bully you and make you look bad when their the ones doing it trying to cover their own butt. This ice cream place in fashion fair isn't a pleasant place to work. I am very disappointed on the experience in my first job. I was always a good worker and was there when needed and to be treated horrible was not okay with me. When I quit I wasn't told "Thankyou for all your work." Or "Thankyou for your service" I was just handed my last check and the boss turned her back on me. This review isn't to bash or tell you not to go there, this review is to tell you how much the family owned company lacks professional habits.
