Splendid Technique
Had issues ordering a cake online and was double charged. When I arrived to pick up the cake, they made 2 cakes, I explained my difficulty with ordering online and the employee called the manager for me requesting a refund. The manager refused because it was a “custom cake ordered at different pick up times. And would not be able to resale the cake” If you ever have issues ordering from their website, check your bank account before attempting again because they most likely won’t refund you for it. I used to come here all the time, never again.

Ladies were super helpful and my cappuccino blast came out delicious. Great place for a sweet treat with great customer service.
First I’d like to say how rude Gabriella and Hector were tonight, I think is completely unacceptable to laugh in someone’s face when they ask you a question about the menu. I get it’s not a hard job and could be fun for younger kids but it’s still a job at the end of the day. Don’t hire teenagers anymore.

Service is alright..not even a hello or welcome after paying and leaving a tip no thank you or anything. Because usually I tip even with bad service. So wife and I ate and left note that they didn't say have a goodnight thank you..Wouldn't go back here again I rather prefer coldstone.
