First I’d like to say how rude Gabriella and Hector were tonight, I think is completely unacceptable to laugh in someone’s face when they ask you a question about the menu. I get it’s not a hard job and could be fun for younger kids but it’s still a job at the end of the day. Don’t hire teenagers anymore.

Service is alright..not even a hello or welcome after paying and leaving a tip no thank you or anything. Because usually I tip even with bad service. So wife and I ate and left note that they didn't say have a goodnight thank you..Wouldn't go back here again I rather prefer coldstone.

Ice cream was good just disappointed that they shorted me on my pint. You don't get what you pay for here. I've never seen employees so disappointed to see a family walk threw their doors.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would! Today was by far the worst experience ever in this place! Some of these people who work here have NO customer service! If you're having a bad day, keep that at home! You work in a place we're families are going to come in and the kids will be excited! If you're going to be annoyed at my kids taking their time to choose an ice cream after 3 minutes, this probably isn't the place for you. Also making excuses to yell at customers is not ok! Please stop using the mask as an excuse to yell at the customers! Very disappointed at the service received today!

COVID phase: Masks worn by workers and required. Great music playing! I ordered their flavor of the month. Watermelon Swirl sorbet in a regular tub ant a small tub of nonfat vanilla! The Baskin-Robbins is very clean. The workers were nice. Paid for the order and left. Really delicious watermelon swirl sorbet and nonfat vanilla! Good service and ice cream! Recommended!
