For health reasons, I wouldn't recommend this business. I visited this store on the evening of 10/21/2025. A male employee wearing a pink t-shirt provided service. He failed to wash his hands after handling money, the register, and before handling the ice cream for several customers before me. Due to the lack of proper food handling practices, I wouldn't recommend this ice cream shop to anyone and definitely won't be returning.

Very bad experience at Baskin Robbins at Herndon & Milburn on Labor Day, September 1st, 2025!
Young male employee wearing a pink shirt and related to the owner was showing favoritism towards friends and 4 family members and relatives who came in on Labor Day. Spent over 45 minutes giving his relatives free orders, talking to them over the counter, and ignoring other customers who were coming in.
This employee made the female employees serve all the other customers who were entering the business.
I requested and paid for 2 scoops but this employee gave me just 1 scoop. Very frustrating!
Very unprofessional!

The 4 family members/friends kept talking to this male employee who is related to the owner of this Baskin Robbins restaurant. The employee kept giving these family members/friends extras that regular customers don't get without charging them.
This employee needs to be fired!

Not even sure a review makes a difference - I’m so disgusted with the service at this store. My favorite ice cream is Baseball Nut. I ask the girl, “where is it?” Her reply? “We got rid of it” 🙄 GOT RID OF IT. Really? She proceeds to tell me baseball season is over. Really? I proceeded to tell her LA is playing the Diamondbacks as we speak. But “We got rid of it!!” Is that a way to speak to a customer about their favorite ice cream. We got rid of it. Meanwhile they have cartons of Baseball nut they are selling. WHAT HAPPENED TO BASKIN-ROBBINS?

Orderd a Santa Claus ice cream cake as I have done for many years. When I picked it up it was half the size as before. The decorator told me it looks much bigger in the pictures. She apologized for size I am very disappointed.I had to buy another cake to feed all my family I feel like I was

i was just in there, the girl working had us wait 10 min we were the only customers in the store after waiting ten minutes she asked how she could help us and as soon i still telling her my order she cuts me off and let’s me know that the freezer closest to the topping counter we were not able to get from after waiting 10 minutes. She gave bad customer service, i’m very upset and dissatisfied, why didn’t she tell us this from the beginning?
