This is the second time I've had an issue with employees at the same location, spanning a couple of years. I ordered a banana royale, and as she was making it, I asked when she was done if you could put some extra cherries. I know she heard my request, she finished my Sunday put one cherry proceeded to walk away. I asked if she could at least put in one extra cherry, because she completely ignored my request, she then rolled her eyes and said OK I guess I can do one. I was in shock and said excuse me, is this a problem? She then took a deep breath and tried to explain to me they're cherry policy how it's one dollar for 1-6 cherries and some other policy if you want 3 cherries? First time in my life going to Baskin and Robbins and finding out there's a cherry policy but I didn't need that attitude from her and on top of everything she put the tiniest amount of whip cream on my Sunday. These kids act like the whip cream comes out of their college fund! Man in the world really sucks these days. Literally no such thing as customer service.

We went to BR on a hot day in the middle of a rush. I have to say the customer service was great! Though they were busy, they moved as fast as possible and greeted all entering customers. They didn't get flustered, they were calm and in control. The single scoop sundaes we got were delicious. I recommend this location and will continue to be a returning customer.

First, Do Not Go Here - Booooo - I'd give it Zero stars if it were possible. I went here to order a cake because of the convenient location. When I arrived, I was greeted by an extremely blah, inexperienced, very low-key/no personality girl working there. She didn't even know where they kept their up-to-date cake design catalog so I could choose the cake design I wanted. After explaining the type of cake I wanted, which I had gotten there before, she claimed she had never ever heard of that design - then starts fumbling around some more looking in several drawers for adult cake decorations and can only find pre-bagged Happy Meal Kids toys! What a joke this place is! They don't take coupons, they don't offer you ONE single perk for spending such an absorbent amount of money on a cake whatsoever even after you spend almost $40 on a cake, and then they have the nerve to charge you 99 Cents for literally one-quarter teaspoon of tiny sprinkles for the cake! When I picked up the cake, it was very plain and very boring (yawn!) with no sparkle or bling whatsoever - So when I asked them to throw some sprinkles on top, they had an instant attitude and said that they could put "SOME" sprinkles on, but they would have to charge me $.99 to do it! I thought that was pretty cheap of them, and they just couldn't even make it look worthy for what I was spending. They don't even offer a bag for your cake either - just let it roll around in your car - they don't care! Ridiculous!! This place has nothing but deadbeat people working here with no deals to be had no matter what your spending - not even a simple little taste of ice cream was offered! This place has no manners at all! I will never ever go to this lame place again after this miserable experience. I should have driven 15 miles out of my way to the one on First Street that knows what they're doing and isn't so penny-pinching cheap and they are smart enough to know that it is the customer who is keeping them in business. Stay away from this Baskin-Robins by Savemart on Milburn and Herndon because they don't know what their doing and they'll rip you off and disappoint you big time! Hopefully, they will be out of business soon since they don't have a clue what customer service is all about and they don't care either!

TLDR; I'm diabetic and they gave me full sugar ice cream (instead of no sugar added) on purpose instead of just canceling my order.--I ordered some ice cream through GrubHub for my wife and I. I am diabetic, so usually I don't go to ice cream shops or get dessert because most dessert places don't make anything low sugar, or if they do it's vanilla... Anyway, after looking at the menu, I saw that they have No Sugar Added Caramel Turtle Truffle, and after reading the nutrition facts, I was so excited because it was something I could have! After it arrived, it was kinda melted, but I saw chocolate pieces and caramel so I took a bite. There was cookie in it?? I thought, "That's not right?" Looked up the ingredients again, no there's no cookie, and now that I take a proper look, it's chocolate chips and not turtles, also not right. My wife calls the shop we ordered from and asked if they do in fact have the NSA Caramel Turtle Truffle. The employee who answers says they don't actually have that flavor. She thanked them and hung up. So I look at the menu to see what they DID give me. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and just added caramel sauce to make it seem like the NSA Caramel Turtle Truffle. It was beyond disappointing to find out not only was it the wrong flavor, but they also tried to pass it off as the right one. Imagine if I had eaten that? Would I have died? No, but regular sugar is not part of my diet and it definitely would've made me sick. It makes me so upset to think people have zero care in the world about stuff like this. I would've rather they canceled my order. If I was keto, different story, but I'm certainly not CHOOSING to be diabetic. Such a disappointment. Obviously I won't be back lmfao

She gave bad customer service, i’m very upset and dissatisfied, why didn’t she tell us this from the beginning?
