I came into Batter Up Pancakes about a week ago and had such a great experience. The food was amazing, and the pancakes were fluffy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The portions were big, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was really friendly and made sure everything was just right. The place has a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in a long time, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

Our party of six had a truly wonderful experience at Batter Up Pancakes. Four of us were visiting for the first time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
Manager Taylor delivered exceptional service with genuine attention to detail, setting the tone for an outstanding meal. The Vegan Veggie Scramble was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the Gluten-Free Pancake was phenomenal — light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked.
An excellent dining experience all around — warm atmosphere, attentive service, and memorable food. Highly recommended!

Portions - 5/10 (Depends on Order) Service - 5/10 (a few good servers) Management - 0/10 (confrontational behavior) Summary - Vast room for improvement especially on the management end. Unacceptable behavior by their manager Taylor who should not be in food industry whatsoever. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen with her erroneous and derogatory statements. Our experience as family here was vague to say the least. Poorly ran outdated system. Longer than normal wait times sometimes exceeding 2 hrs+. Simply average menu however to note the pancakes offered here are exceptional in size and flavor and this quality staple on their menu is most likely what keeps them in business. If they could adopt a more efficient system and replace some of the bad apples at the front of house then I could give a higher rating but for now they barely get one star 😔. I will continue to be as transparent as possible when delegating reviews to enhance the best possible customer interaction possible. I hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the establishment to enhance its customer service standards and rectify such mishaps in the future.

It was quite busy even for a Wednesday morning. We did not have to wait for a seat, there were a few available. Customer service was 50/50. Our server was kind and patient. As well as another girl. Two others were not rude, but not engaging much, or just had the air about them that they didn't want to be there. The French toast was bland, not much flavor. I've had better. The pancakes though, they were big, fluffy and delicious. Coffee was great. My daughter liked her eggs and bacon, she ate it all up. She couldn't finish her pancake, she got full. But she enjoyed it! This place is great for breakfast. Pricey.

Pancakes are huge a little dry. Eggs cooked to perfection, bacon was good a little over done. Sausage kind of small. Tri tip had good flavor over all good place to eat and service was really good.
