We drove about and hour to try this bbq called ahead about 15 min before arrival to place our order and they didn't disappoint. This place is amazing my first time here tried the tri tip the brisket the Bernardo bombs omg everything was perfect so many great deals for the family highly recommend the 49er sauce on point I will be returning

They do a great job! We have served anywhere between 15 and 30 people with their great BBQ meats & side dishes. Each time everyone loved all the food. Easy to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Our whole family (25 people) would recommend this place to anyone looking for great BBQ at a fair price 👍😁

Love this place! It’s the best BBQ in town. We use them for birthday parties and baby showers and will definitely keep coming back. :)
Amazing BBQ. we have tried the pulled pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, the burritos, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, beans, and onion rings. All the food was good and the owner and staff came out to make sure we were enjoying the food.

Im going to be nice and say it was ok. The meats yes decent. The side no the absolute worst mac n cheese I have ever had. I don't think there was even cheese in it. I may try one more time to see if it was an off day. But it's hard to come back to that.

Brisket was really good. But it was a very small portion. Sides were not good; mac n cheese, 3 meat chili, cole slaw. I threw the sides away after attempting a few bites. All were very bland. Idk who is in charge of the flavors of the sides, but they really need to work on their recipes. So, was it worth the price? Not if the sides are trash, which they were. $20 for 7 small slices of brisket. Small, like 3 inch in length.

Located outside west of tower district. Area can be sketchy with alot of homelessness across the street. Restaurant is nice though and parking is okay. Could get full during lunch time. Service was good and prices was okay but itt bbq so its always pricey if you know what i mean. Ordered the sampler or the 49er special (5 proteins: jalepeno cheese sausage, pork rib, ribeye, brisket, and candy chicken) and 3 sides for $50. The jalapeño cheddar sausage and the pork rib were good. The others were just okay to my liking. Will come back to try other food like taco burrito and sandwiches.
