The ham and cheese croissant I ordered the dough was soggy and a bit raw. The coffee is gross it tastes burnt and old. Instead of replacing the pot the cashier just topped off the old pot with new coffee.

Don't let their building fool you, this is one of the best donut places and breakfast sandwich places around. Their donuts are absolutely fresh. In the ham egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich was absolutely fantastic. This will definitely be my go to donut place!

The donuts are always fresh daily prices are average in comparison, and the counter person is always friendly , and sometimes gives an extra donut, little busy in mornings.Parking: The actual property has a couple of spaces for handicap parking & there is plenty of parking in the shopping area for DD's and $ . 99 store , Carl's Jr, Popeye's & other smaller specialty shops.Wheelchair accessibility: At the handicap parking area a ramp from the parking area & goes down to the sidewalk in front.

I go probably once a week at least for the same order. A number 18 breakfast croissant, and some donut holes. Super classic old school coffee shop feel, and their service is always super nice too!

9/9/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! It was after 10am and there was still a good amount left. The worker was kind. I bought 2 lemon jelly donuts, psi's for it and left. Quick. Small little donut shop! Jelly donuts look delicious! 9/10/23Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready per usual! The lemon jelly donut was really delicious! Great, lemon jelly flavor! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have hers!Good service & Great jelly donuts! Highly recommended!
