This place used to be my favorite place 10 years ago! I bragged so much about this place to my 14 year old son. Finally get a chance to take him there for the first time today. I ordered the Cali sandwich club was so burnt with cold ? fried. My son ordered the chicken wings and it's bloody uncooked! ?I was so embarrassed about it but my son was so nice and sweet, he kept telling me it okay mommy. ? that's mad even worse because I knew deep down in side he knew I was not happy and was so disappointed. I know everything and everywhere business is going not well. But please please do better, if not no there will not be no customer going there anymore!

You can thank your employee Chelsea for the poor reviews since she wants to provide no customer service all I needed was a simple current wait time so I can avoid the long drive a simple 30 to an hour would of suffice but that was too hard for her. I've never had issues any other restaurants. Even yard house that's always bust has better service

My wife and I decided we wanted to go get a pazooki and after we sat down and saw a folded dollar on the ground. my wife picked it up, unfolded it, and set it on the table across from us for a server to get at some point. Shortly after we ordered a manager came by and asked why we were messing with money on tables. A quick look at the security would have been prudent before making accusations. It made us very upset to be accused of such a thing, I wouldn't be surprised if we never come back.

Waited 10 minutes to get menus, 6 minutes for server to take drink order coffee cup was dirty on the outside things stuck to it spoon was dirty. Waitress had attitude not pleasant and sarcastic which isn't good if ur in this industey.. asked for water with no ice lemon on the side after asking what was drinks she said pepaie products and I can look at the menu.. I have vision issues, sges very rude and snooty.. just because I'm n sweats and a beanie and a jacket.. or because I'm whitebsitting with a Mexican, shes Mexican and had no problem being really nice to her own.. she shouldn't work here. Asked for manager, waited another 8 minutes manager never came. I dont think I'll be back at this location.. 2nd time here. 1st our waiter was fkn awesome. Nick I thinks his name. She a rude bytch

Went in today hoping we would have a good meal & experience we definitely did not. I asked the waiter for a coke & water she brings me back a Pepsi with no water . Then says she doesn’t have any Dr Pepper. She will bring a sprite never brought out the sprite . I ask if she had milk she said only chocolate milk which was fine. 20 minutes later she never took our order. I had to stop her and say we’re ready to order she walks past me and ignores me doesn’t look or acknowledge me. Then when she comes back to take our order down I ask if we can get another waiter. She says that’s fine & walks away. Another 15 minutes later we are waiting to be moved to get another table since she says she’s the only waiter near the bar . The restaurant got packed at the entry & we just left since no one ever came back to get us a new table and waiter. Who ever she was she was having a horrible day to treat customers this way .

BJ's is an iconic establishment, with great standbys that have remained great options over the years. The quality is consistent and the people are nice. What is unavoidable is the increase in prices - and its here that both service and accommodation is required to stay with the times. On specific mid-week evenings they have specials - which is a boon, but if they're out of the soup you want and you have to reshuffle, it's already a bit of a compromise. On our visit we had a large music instrument we didn't dare leave in the vehicle, but we couldn't get the booth we wanted because they didn't want to service a massive open area. Wait staff was also limited, so while our waitress was great - she was tapped and we were there about 35-40 longer than I wanted to be. The food was good.
