Food is great but the service was horrendous, making the atmosphere (by default) extremely terrible. I walked in the two cashiers were arguing about something. It took one of them 5 mins to realize I was there waiting to order. She started off by saying “I’m so sorry about that, how can I help you?” In the lowest voice humanly possible.
“Do you guys have bottled drinks? Sprite or any soda?” The cashier rudely and reluctantly said that she would have to check in the back but she’s pretty sure there isn’t anything. After practically begging her to check she comes back with multiple bottles. So I guess there WAS some in the back.
“Do you guys have any ranch?” Again the cashier was being rude and reluctant. She said no we don’t have any. I saw a ranch pack behind her in the fridge and said “well can I buy that” and she reluctantly sold me the supposed LAST ranch they had.
The other interaction I had with the other cashier went bad too. I legit looked this lady in the eyes and respectfully said “excuse me miss” FIVE times before she acknowledged my existence. All I wanted was some napkins. Without even looking at me or pointing it out she said “NAPKINS, WALL”
I don’t know what the hell the two cashiers were dealing with but my wife and 4 kids (all under the age of 9) should not have to deal with the issues of others. Definitely will never come here again.

I had an amazing experience at Blaze Pizza thanks to Tristan and Jose! They were incredibly friendly and took the time to assemble and cook the pizzas to perfection. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. The pizza was delicious, and their positive attitude made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! I greatly enjoyed my time at this Blaze location in Fresno! Aside from the pizza being delicious, my sister and I had Tristan as the one helping us. Tristan made our experience incredible. Not only did he prepare a great pizza for us, but he also was so kind and personable while doing it. We left Blaze in a great mood because of the joy he shared with us. It really made our day, and we will absolutely recommend this location to any family and friends.

The tables were all dirty when we walked in. The service was horrible. I asked for a large spicy Italian pizza and was told he could only make it if I ordered online. There was no one in line. I asked how they got the online orders. He said, oh, I make em! He then told me to go to Me-n-Ed's just down the way if we wanted a large pizza. So, we turned around and left. As far as the pizza? I have no freaking idea, since he couldn't make it for me. Oh! And Me-n-Ed's??? Awesome pizza!!!!

The morning sucks. The doors didn’t open like it advertised in here and their own website. Workers gave us eye contact but didn’t care to assure us that everything was okay. I been waiting for 18 minutes for them to open @11am. It’s now 11:19am and doors have not opened. Unprofessional would not recommend. Honestly if I have give 0 stars I would. :/
