Drinks were good but customer service is not a thing here. The lady today (7/14/2025 around the time of 1pm) was not in a good mood. I came in and no welcome, hello or smile. She literally pretended like I was not there. It was unbelievable at most. She was not busy at all. Only one customer who had ordered a drink minutes before I did. The worker walked to the front and back of the store maybe about 3 times and did not care to look at me LOL What the heck? Once she was done making the ladies drink… which took like 10 minutes to make her smoothie, she did not tell her have a good day or thank you. Once she turned to me she said, “what would you like?” Girrllll come on, you are well an adult and should know manners by now. This place sucks. Will not be returning. All 4 of my drink were good, but not worth feeling like a piece of nothing there.
Not to mention, clean your restroom. It was disgustingly dirty. Maybe she should take some time to clean the toilet since she doesn’t like human interaction. Just saying. I hope you have a better day than today.

This is my experience. I visited for the first time and was not satisfied with the customer service. I had to wait for someone to come to the front and help me. Eventually, this young female with braces appeared from the back. She never greeted me or apologized for making me wait for assistance. Instead, she looked at me in a rude manner, as if I needed to hurry up and place my order. In response, I told her that I wouldn’t be ordering anything since she was unwelcoming from the beginning. I then walked away and left. I don’t understand the state of customer service these days. Customer service is extremely important to generate loyal customers. I won’t spend my hard-earned money to support rudeness.

Great and clean atmosphere. The drinks themselves are delicious, got a mango smoothie and a strawberry mango mixed smoothie! Portions are generous. The mixing of flavors is unique, and I highly recommend trying it out. Customer service was adequate. There’s also a table on the side with entertaining games for fun.

Horrible staff. Came here twice and both times they were out of boba. If you restaurant is known for Boba and the name mentions Boba, then you should have Boba. Will not come here again!
