Prepaid for a patty platter yesterday and left the name of the person picking up. They tried to tell her that the platter was not paid for and wouldn't let her leave so she could get the receipt. It was the same person who took the order when I placed it. Said he didn't remember it being paid for. They have the other copy of the receipt. Then he tried to tell her it was almost too late to pick it up because she came at 1030 am and not 10am. Seriously!! We usually get platters for our associates at our business a few times a year. Never again will we send our business here. Horrible customer service. Just make me think how many people they stole money from. Very dishonest!!

The food was a nasty!! ordered ground beef tacos the meat had no flavor not even salt or pepper, the tortillas that were deep fried and oil were disgusting. It tasted like old grease reminded me of lighter fluid when you barbecue. Rice had no flavor. The manager was more than rude. It was a waste of my money, and I went in with two other family members. It was a waste of my $56 that I threw away!! I will never go there again. I would like my money back. and

Ordered a fancy burrito and a monster burrito bowl. Fancy burrito is a wet burrito, but it was so dry and had no flavor. I didn't get my monster burrito bowl with extra meat cause they sent me a sorry meat, bean and cheese burrito that barely had any meat in it, the tortilla was so hard and dry that it was cracking off. This place is gone downhill

Always my go to place for chille Verde or con carne. Fancy burrito is always the go to. But they get skimpier and skimpier everytime I come in, maybe it's cause I'm white idk. Just saying I see Hispanic people being hooked up while there and my full fancy burrito I pay 16 dollars for looks like less than half a fancy burrito I used to buy for a quick bite. Don't know if I'm coming back to this location. Sucks cause I live down the street

Was not happy with my order I thought the tacos I ordered were the ones with lettuce and tomato and cheese with a fried tortilla shell instead I got the street tacos , disappointment .. I ordered on the phone I asked for the 3 item combination with beans and rice so I didn't see it til I got

I haven't been to Bobby's in over two years. I was in Clovis and wanted to see if it was still as good as I remember. NOT! We ordered and asked for utensils. We weren't brought any until our order arrived. Our meals were bad. The beans had a vinegar taste, the rice was dry and flavorless and the chili verde did not have much of a green chili flavor, it had a grainy texture and the pork was dry. The dining area was very loud with only a handful of customers. Maybe Bobby should focus on his flagship and make it the pleasurable establishment it used to be.

What I ordered vs what I got: ordered the sampler. The "nachos" is chips thrown on the bottom drowned in cheese without a single veggie in sight. The sour cream and guacamole that was supposed to come with it is nowhere to be found. You can tell the pride that went into throwing this into some styrofoam. Waste of money.
