Food is just ok now, completely bummed out that the turkey carver sandwich Is no longer available.. big bummer.. it was the best. To bad for them, I don’t think I’ll ever be back, as an out of towner it was a quick bite that didn’t feel so “fast food”.Floors looked grimy, tabletops needed some tending too, I think the ac was not working or it was just so hot they needed fans/swamp cooler? to circulate the air (it was over 100 outside). I was here at a normal lunch time today and only a few orders came through the drive thru on an entire lunch break, very few people came into the building.. I was only one of four customers. Almost all the sodas & drinks had papers posted that they were out of teas, lemonade, and most sodas… crazy… (we’re beyond Covid times right??!!??) cashier didn’t ask for dine in or take out and put it in a bag-no worries- but it wasn’t even a franchise bag.. it was a generic “thank you” bag you might get from a gas station or something. The guy after me (about 10 min after I ordered) paid cash and she said she only had $1 left in the register ( not sure what happened there .. I didn’t stick around) … just seems so low budget now… didn’t used to be that way yeas ago.. disappointed…

I highly recommend this restaurant, food here is always flavorful as well the staff are very friendly. In the restaurant it is easy to move around for people that use a wheelchair or walker. Lastly the restrooms here are very clean. (I recommend the chicken sandwich with the sweet potatoes.)
This place is horrible!! The few times we have gone they were closing early or didn’t have any meat only sides. When speaking with manger her was rude and had a who cares attitude.

This place has really gone downhill!!! Looks like they are going out of business. Most of the food choices were unavailable, and most of the drinks were either not working or out. There was a plug-in cooler fan on one of the tables. Worst of all was the so-called "BOGO" that got me in the door. It stated buy one, get one free, but the small print said the free meal was up to $12 value. NONE of the meal offerings are $12!! SCAM!! They got me good!!

Ok I went there to dine in. I order their 1/2 tuscan parmesan chicken with 2 sides and a cornbread and small drink, He bagged my food to go even when I told him I was dining in, When I sat to eat my food I notice there was no cornbread, so I went back and ask them, I'm missing my cornbread can I have it please, and the guy was oh we ran out we don't have any, it is complimentary. So if we ran out we don't need to give it to you. So I told the guy let me get this clear so you advertise a meal 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and a cornbread, but if you run out of something you give an incomplete meal, and still charge the meal at the full price? On the menu it doesn't say "cornbread is complementary get it while supplies last". can you replace it with something else? No we don't replace it, but I can give you a side except sweet potatoe or I can't remember what was the other side becuase it was a $.80 cents extra charge for those sides, I was about to chose a side to replace my cornbread when a guy on the back yelled "just get a piece of the sandwich bread don't you listen we don't have any cornbread " all upset, and I turned all "Karen" and ask the guy I want to speak to your manager rightnow, and the guy was I'm the manager(all angry), then I proceed to say I want my money back now, no wonder this place looks so empty. Got my money back and walked out never going to this place again. Oh and I'm escalating this to corporate. Boston Market food is good especially the cornbread, it,'s just this specific location they got a bunch of morons working there. Please save yourself a bad moment for another occasion. Do not go to this location. Oh And the meal was almost $20 dollars, small portions, and the chicken was super small. Like a decent american I want my decent portion.

Zero stars. We won't be back. This place has seriously gone downhill. The bowls are pathetic. The kids meal? Even worse. They advertise the kids meal comes with cornbread, it doesn't. The bowls don't even come in bowls anymore and the portion is a lot smaller than it used to be. As for the price? That was higher than it used to be. This was our second attempt at this place recently. The first one was about an hour prior to closing and the worker told us he was not accepting credit/debit cards because they already closed down their computer. Which makes absolutely no sense. Pretty sure that dude was pocketing cash and not putting anything in that night. This place is terrible all around. We're done with it. Don't waste your time.

I got the $22 deal that was missing the gallon of lemonade, I realized they didn't give it to me, I called in the store for clarification and they stayed they no longer have it. TAKE THE SIGN OUT, false advertising, I only got the deal for the lemonade. Lack of honesty

When I got up to the register, the guy said, "they're out of chicken nuggets, sandwich bread, etc. at a chicken shack! The chicken was burnt. The cornbread tasted like it was missing and ingredient or two. There were unpackaged boxes sitting in the dining area. I thought the store was closed. At the end of my visit, a homeless man walked in and asked what time it was and left. The service sucks. It took 2 idiots to heat up an apple pie. Even tho it was in a plastic box. How many idiots does it take to heat up a pie? Ambience was disturbing... it was like they were closed. A delivery driver comes in too. And he was missing a bunch of items. I can't. It was a riot. A guy asked if they had containers to go and they just said no. So yea. This Karen will not be returning. The potatoes gave this review a star. Although the staff was nice, they were just incompetent.
