I was ordering because there isn’t to many options in this area and I just wanted to order online the guy hung up didn’t ask if there was anything else we may have needed I called back and he said I thought you were done they need to improve their customer service skills because this was never my experience in the past.

We stopped by Brahma Indian Cuisine for dinner on a late Sunday evening and were warmly greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was fast and the food was excellent. The lamb curry was the best we’ve had anywhere—the chef even personalized it to our taste and served it as his special signature dish called Rajwala. It was truly outstanding! Highly recommend visiting with family and friends for authentic food and a wonderful dining experience.

Having lived in Fresno years ago, it was so refreshing to enjoy the specialty of Southern Indian cuisine and their famous Masala Dosa. I had the Brahma Bull Special which was spicier and included Paneer. The flavor was amazing as was the Sambar Soup served with it. Had a nice visit with Hardev Gill, the owner who made the experience that much more personal. Definitely going back.

It's ok if you charge extra money but don't lie. Who refills the can?🙏🏻

Excellent Dosa place. Come here if you want to taste South Indian cuisine. We tried Lamb masala Dosa, Maisoor Dosa and Their signature Dosa.
Keeps it up.

I’m not one to take pictures of food, but was pleasantly surprised. From the authentic taste of each dish to the fresh ingredients used, it was all very delicious. Will definitely go back.

Been there few days ago with one of my friend food was ok ok we ordered paneer dosa and there was no paneer in paneer dosa it was filled with potatoes and there brahma bull dosa was the worst dosa we ever had. No hygiene no nothing the server was not wearing any gloves he serving us too and also cleaning the other table with some spray so I don’t know if he was washing his hands before serving us or not and even the owner was serving food and he was also not wearing any gloves. Worst experience I ever got the used to be much better before.

The food was SO delicious and not greasy at all. They have the best vada I’ve ever had, so flavorful and crispy. I’m not sure why they have a decent amount of negative reviews but this is my new fave Indian food place, I loved everything I ordered (that being vada, a few different types of dosas, chicken 65, chole bhature, and mango lassi). The staff seemed friendly too! Nothing we ordered had artificial coloring either like most places

We have been to Brahma for quite some time now and every time, food and service have been very good. We get Masala Dosa every time and always good. Sambar tastes good and all their chutneys are tasty.

They recently added Lamb samosas - sooo good. I just wish it is made with regular samosa dough instead of roti wrap >_<.

We always end our meal with their yummy Mango Lassi- best in town! Highly recommended Brahma if anyone wants to try South Indian food for the first time.

Very good food

Chole curry is more watery. Tea is Good. Bathura is Good. Gobi Machuria is little more sweet and has some unusual smell ..may be bad oil. But it’s crispy and tasty to eat once.
