Simply delicious! Welcoming environment, they make the most of their space. Great location, easy to find. Glad I tried the special that night, Birria Ramen-wow! So good! Just enough spicy, perfectly tender meat. Ben enjoyed his traditional pork broth ramen as well.

Food was great, first time at a Ramen place and it was decided last minute to come here just based on reviews. I didn’t really know how to order so the waiter helped me decide some things. I ordered the Tonkotsu broth with grilled chicken with some added things and the bao buns my husband had the special they were trying out which was Ramen Birria. He said it was super delicious and hearty. All in all it was great but for me as a personal preference I don’t like sitting so close to other patrons so that was my only complaint. It’s a little pricey as well so it’s not like a go there a couple times a week place it’s like a once in while kinda place if you are on a lower budget like me. The food was good and service was good I would definitely go back again.

Quiet and unassuming ramen spot with a deceptively simple menu. NOTHING on the menu will dissapoint from the kaarage and bao to the customizable ramen.Vegetarian options: Veggie broths, noodles, rice, teriyakiDietary restrictions: Keto-friendlyParking: Shared strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Staff was friendly and accommodating of toddlers. Side dishes give simple options for kids to eatWheelchair accessibility: Ramp for sidewalk, plenty of open space in the restaurant to accommodate wheelchairs

I ate here on 1/8/24 and service was very quick. Got the menu, placed my order, and in 3-5 mins the food was ready. Inside was pretty empty but nice looking. I got a simple and plain ramen. Broth and pork was delicious! The noodles were okay. Maybe a bit too chewy? Overall it was good.

Probably the best ramen I had in Fresno the egg was definitely the icing on the cake made to perfection. I asked for extra noodles trust me you'll want to also very filling that way.

Omg, when I tell you I was shocked at how delicious this ramen was… 10/10 across the board. It was amazing. SO FLAVORFUL, so simple, so tasty, I just loved it. It’s in an unsuspecting parking lot, so if I hadn’t been searching for ramen I probably wouldn’t have found it, but WOW. Highly

This is a great ramen restaurant and is my favorite in the Central Valley. I recommend the karaage chicken, and the curry special is excellent when they have it.

Easy to find location. You make your own ramen. I selected Tonkatsu broth, Pork for protein, soft boiled egg and bean sprouts. Came with scallions. Broth was pretty good, not too salty. My dad thought it was salty, though. He made his spicy. I kept mine unspicy. Overall, I thought the ramen came out good quality for Fresno. Fresno isn't really known for excellent Japanese cuisine like the big cities are, such as Los Angeles and New York. Compared to ramen I had in New York City, it just didn't taste as good as New York's, but that's expected. I went with low expectations and came out surprisingly content and full from a hearty ramen bowl. :)I also ordered a chicken karaage bao. It was my first time having a bao. Don't know if one bao was worth the price, but it tasted good. Chicken karaage wasn't pink and undercooked like it was at some other place I had chicken karaage. It was crispy and cooked right here at Brothers Ramen. Sauce was sweet and added a nice complement to the chicken karaage. Lastly, servers were nice, a bit timid but friendly.*So, after some more thought, I don't know if I'd go out of my way for ramen from here. I was quite hungry, and it definitely satisfied my craving for ramen, but ramen here wasn't spectacular. Like, I wasn't enthralled by the taste. That's just the sad fact about Fresno. As I said earlier, Fresno isn't known to have the most excellent Japanese cuisine, particularly ramen. I don't know, it's really hard to find a good ramen place here in Fresno and it doesn't help that there are just a few places to go for Japanese ramen. The selection of places to have Japanese ramen in Fresno is horrible. Having said all that, I came out of this ramen place pleased and satisfied, and that's what matters when hungry during a busy day.

Love this restaurant. Everything I've had is wonderful. However the ramen is perfection! I have had ramen all over town and this is the winner. The broth is rich and not greasy. The meats are tender and flavorful. Love the sauteed bean sprouts and "jammy" hard boiled eggs. I eat here 2-3 times a month and love it every time. Please give it a try.
