Buffalo Ranch Wings & Things

There's some great things going on here. Buffalo Ranch is in an old Taco Bell building location in an older part of town near McLane High. First off - it's all about their bone-in wings. They cook them perfectly. Their next-hottest wing sauce is "Suicide", which is a mix of tobacco and cayenne; I ate about 6 of these - my kid companions couldn't hang. Their hottest sauce is "atomic" which reportedly is a blend of cayenne and white pepper. This place is ran by an Asian couple, so I was a little let down - hoping they'd have something with a Thai pepper 🌶 or something unique. However, the suicide sauce was nice. We also had a BBQ sauce which the kids tolerated fine. The owner stated she liked the lemon pepper.

The mushrooms were breaded perfectly, I just wished there was something more unique to the batter - like cilantro or lime.. something; the mushrooms themselves were just criminis. Still, battered fried mushrooms are awesome. Their fries are simple, but perfect.

In terms of cost, I guarantee your doing better than Wild Wings, with better quality and lesser cost. Unfortunately the atmosphere isn't much to write home about, and the location/safety means it has to close early (7). The bathroom was super clean though!

Met family here to experience the amazing wings we heard about. They did not disappoint! The wings were awesome! The staff was friendly and pleasant. The TVs were loud but I turned them off LoL… all good! We had the whole dining room to ourselves. I will go back!

This place doesn't have good business management. Online it shows they are open and after driving miles across town to find out they are closed on a Thursday

In my opinion this is the best place to eat in Fresno food is excellent at affordable prices and the owners are very friendly it’s always a pleasant visit when I go there I highly recommend this place

Nice lil spot for burgers and wingsStaff is nice over the phone, and greeted me with a big smile.My only knock was the size of the onions in the mushroom burger. It was still amazing.
