Been here a couple times and it's consistent. Great place to catch a game as they have large TV's everywhere inside and out. Good is pretty good, service is pretty good, but the place can get busy, rowdy and noisy, which is good if that's the atmosphere your looking for on gameday. It gets a little messy, tables need bussing and restrooms need attention but overall a good experience.

Came to pick up food because they said it would be ready but it's not because they haven't started it yet. Now they are saying to wait an extra 25 to 30 mins. I wouldn't mind but hey offer a soda or something

The wings here are legit. The dry rubs are crispy, just how I like it. I honestly haven’t found better in Fresno yet, and they’re a clear step above Wingstop in my opinion.

The food was horrible, our nachos were cold when they brought them, when ordering my husband asked the staff if they could substitute things on his burger and she seemed annoyed by his request. The cooks are trained to cook a certain way and that was based off him asking can they make sure his bacon is well done. My daughter did not like the chicken strips and fries as she said they were hard and when I touched them they were cold, and I told the waiter and again she seemed annoyed and did not give me a response. We paid for our food and we even tipped however we were very much unsatisfied with their service and food. We spent a total of 131.00 for food that was not good at all the 2 margaritas we decent. We will definitely never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings. They need better customer service training and the cooks need more training as well. Also I have the waiter my phone number to add my points to my Buffalo Wild Wings App and she did not do that either. The atmosphere was not bad. Inside the establishment was a mix of couple, families and friends hanging out eating and watching multiple sports games or just talking and enjoying each others company.

Their service is really bad. Came here twice, there was nobody in the front to seat guest and makes us wait even thought there are tables available. We ended up leaving both times!! Never coming back here again!!

I didn't get the guy's name but my friend was out there and he's a big guy and he can't really get in and out of the car but there was this one guy yesterday and he tended to us in the car just a wonderful guy great service ❣️💯

I am almost sorry I did not read the reviews prior returning to experience. Atmosphere was filthy disgusting, service was mediocre, manager did not care to visit table after hearing from waiter about poor quality of food, restrooms were pissy and atrocious. I got sick instantly after eating only a few bites, boneless wings are NOT the business. I want to say that place lost their quality, and I lost my appetite. Don’t worry I already reached out to the “CONTACT US” and left my concern for store 254. Call me a Karen, but my name is Kat, I didn’t feel like I left from a place of dining I felt as if I am going to get an airborne or food Bourne disease. Send district management staff out quickly to help save that restaurant. Also please retrain managers on health and safety codes, along with quality assurance customer service skills. I don’t understand how a slow Monday at 3pm gave me such a bad feeling. Absolutely disappointing for such a popularly known food chain in Fresno. Shame on the entire crew.

Came in @1:20 am because on google it says they close at 2 am the hostess said very rudely
They are only doing take out order and did not even offer us bar seating change your hours on google if you won’t take any additional clientele after a certain time period thanks

Went to go eat there with my family. Waited about 15 min to be seated when there was more than 3 tables open. Had to tell them what why we weren't getting seated when there was tables open. Ordered our food and it can about 45 min later. Also had to ask where our food was at. They said they were busy because they were helping other people. Finally got our food but it was cold by the time we got it. I won't ever go there again or recommend that place to no one.

I Got 20 boneless wings and a side of wedges ,the boneless wings were super dry and over cooked. Pretty much no meat. Super thin and hard to eat. Had to throw them away. The dog didn’t even want them. Pretty upsetting considering wings are their specialty. The Wedges were good , had to fill up with them.

My rewards phone number did not pop up when they were trying to give me a discount even after I changed my phone number so frustrating I don't know if I'm the only one but things are getting expensive and the service is not as good
