Received incorrect order and didn’t realize until I got home. I live about 20 minutes away and the location was closed so I was unable to correct it in store or by calling. Also flavor given was too spicy to eat so I just didn’t eat it unfortunately.

We arrived a bit after 8pm and we were told that we could only be seated by the bar in the high tables.... really? We have 2 kids. A toddler. Why would we sit there? There was plenty of booths available. Do better.

Walked into the location to put order in on my lunch and stood at front for 10 minutes,the place wasn't even busy at all, just walked out, if your taking your lunch do it somewhere else .

We ordered take out on 10/16/25, order #1020022.
The fries were stale and gross. The bone in wings were cold, tiny and hardly had any meat on the bone. They put so much sauce on the wings it leaked everywhere. This food was disgusting and a waste of money. This is the last time we go to this location. There’s nothing worse than wasting money on food you were looking forward to eating. Shame on whoever prepared this order.

Today 09-28-2025 at 1245 pm I can to watch the 49ers game. After not getting a table I told the manager that I would be outside so he agreed. I happy was setting outside almost going to be over a hour with no service or any water or assistance. The game is on but no volume to the TV. Its like they didn't care that I was outside or didn't asked if I would want to come in. I like the fresno on shaw buffalo wings restaurant but today was worse ever. Im going to post my very bad experience on social media. I dont feel happy. No water, food , or anything, crazy.

Still sitting here at 11. Staff looks super confused, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize take out at all—there were at least 5 others still waiting…
Oh, wait…look! My food was there all along! Sitting there getting even after I gave my name. They asked for my name again and said “oh I have that order.”
This is a major process issue that is substandard for any type of establishment.
UPDATE: the fries were cold and the wings were unevenly sauced. Pretty much the worst experience I have had ordering food in at least five years.

There was no host we had to sit ourselves they only had one server it was dead The manager came out didn't bother to help just look right at me and turn around and walked away. This place needs to step it up. Back in 2016 it was an excitement to come here 2025 it's like walking to a cemetery its sad.

This Buffalo wild wings location as well as the location by Fresno State in Fresno, California is/are by far some of the worst restaurant service you could ever get. Even as an independent contractor, walking in, there was no communication, instruction or service on where to pick up orders to be delivered. The service at these restaurants absolutely sucks. I am going to lobby and solicit that another restaurant come in and push this franchise out of Fresno. Whoever is the unfortunate one to manage, oversee operations and serve the local community should be appalled by some of the staff and service there as it treats its customers. This is a complete garbage restaurant and in my opinion a franchise. I completely do not recommend going here and I do not recommend buying their food and drink. The service alone is absolutely horrendous, and as a restaurant staple, the brand and the corporation of Buffalo wild wings should be absolutely appalled that both of these stores in Fresno, California do not provide good service. The service is everything worse than you can believe. Will definitely be pursuing the removal of these businesses in the Fresno area. Thanks for leaving Buffalo wild wings.
