Went for lunch. Host didn't want to seat us, had us go sit in bar area. Then we were moved to dining seating. Waited to order for 15 mins before we left. There were multiple tables that were seated before us and everyone was waiting on their food when we left.Looked to be very understaffed.

The service was pleasant. My boneless wings were tasty and I'm looking forward to going back to get some more. I added onion rings to go with my free order of wings and they were delish!
Worse service ever !!!! How are you going to have us sitting for 20min then come and ask if we’re ready to order ! Then bring us a spicy dog instead of the ones I ordered ! Literally burned my mouth and then said I’m sorry we’re busy!!! So you were that busy to bring me something I didn’t order and burn my mouth then charge $30 tip !! And also we ordered 2 sets of dogs and they never came out so I had to cancel both of them!!!!So disgusting I will never come back again ! Idk y she charged a tip when we had to ask every other waitress for something!!! Out server had a hijab and was the worse ever!!!!!!!

Food was okay ,server was the worst .! Name tag said “Lal something” it was kinda rubbed off. Server was on her phone the whole time and kept forgetting our order . Not to mention she thought it was okay to touch our 6month old TOY (without permission) that was in the car seat with her and ended up BREAKING IT . She laughed and just walked away .! . They need to have a serious talk with that girl thinking it’s okay to do this stuff .

Terrible. Won’t take orders over the phone because it’s over $70 and asked me to do it online. Ordered online and they didn’t have some of the stuff I ordered and paid for so they substituted it with few carrots in a bag and called it a day.

This place lol.Came here for their bogo boneless wings the other night and I can say inconsistent is the name of the game. Most of the wings were really good except one set of flavors I didn't get but some other flavor I didn't order. And another, I went for one their hottest, the desert heat, and was less spicy than their salt and vinegar flavor not to mention absurdly small and hard.The service was OK but despite having my order ready and me asking about my order, they did not tell me my order was ready until the third time I asked.The place is clean and arms like a good place to catch a game otherwise.

We came to eat here on the way back from our trip on Thursday evening. It was understandably busy because of the game.The front of the house looked VERY lost. We asked how long the wait was, they said they didn't know. They said we would have to wait until another group got up for us to get a table. It was very strange. Whenever someone came for a table they would tell them to peak into the dining room to see if there was any space available. Weird. After prioritizing groups of two, or four, we got tired and asked to be seated separately. They were, again, confused, and eventually said it was okay considering they let another large group do the same. Why they never gave the option in the first place was beyond me.Again, it was game night, busy, but they did not seem proactive in helping their staff. Many dirty tables, and people waiting. Our waitress was absolutely delightful, the only good thing about our experience. I was not going to tip at all, but she was definitely a super star in this situation. Very attentive to her tables.Food was great, but whoever worked front of the house (2 guys) definitely dropped the ball.

Very bad service, got there and didn’t get service for 35 minutes. Once we got service last call for alcohol was already made5 minutes before. We spoke with manager Joel but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Had to come to the Shaw and 168 which we had a great service.
The waiters and the greeters were awesome. My food was hot.
