The service is slow but the food was hot. The drinks are always completely filled with ice and the minimum amount of soda. The lobby is clean. The worst thing about this Burger King is the mouth-breather who works here and always parks their basic looking Honda Civic in the middle of two spaces in their tiny parking lot. They should fire that 🤡

Initial ordering was easy, had to wait for the cashier but that's no biggy, some times they're busy and I get it. I ordered the 2 lg whoper combor with onion rings and a 8pc nugget... My first issue is when the girl handed me the drinks one of them didn't have the lid on right so I got it all over my hand and arm, I asked if she could swap out the lid since it was distorted and she just forced the lid on and handed it back to me like it was my fault and then slammed the window closed. After a few minutes she came back and handed me my order, and I asked her for ketchup and she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Whatever I didn't take it personally. I put my food on the seat and drove off. Once I get home I get the food out and it's missing my onion rings and chicken nuggets. I don't live near by so I wasn't going to go back today, so I called to let them know I'd be happy to get it another day and they never answered the phone. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but after this I won't be going back. Now I understand why they have a 3 star rating....

AND AN ORDER OF CHICKEN NUGGETS...I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE BAG BUT I GET HOME AND I HAVE NO NUGGETS NO ONION RINGS. THE LITTLE GIRL IN DRIVE HAD AN ATTITUDE, WHEN I ASKED FOR NAPKINS AND KETCHUP. BURGER KING DO BETTER!!!! I PAY MONEY FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO BE OPEN, IS IT TOO MUCH TO HAVE YOUR STAFF SMILE? OFFER NAPKINS? MAKE MY ORDER CORRECT?

Don’t go there there is a lady named Linda. She takes everything personal personally I seen her being very racist and disrespectful to People that doesn’t speak English very well. I had to wait about 20 minutes in line because she was only helping people on the drive-through and got to the point where there Was eight people waiting in line. I have asked Lee to be helped because I only had 30 minute break she said we could order in the kiosk machine. I asked if she could help me in person. She said she was only one person and I had to wait so I did. This is not the first time this happened to me, but I’m pretty sure will be there last time and until they get rid of this lady, it is so sad that That when we are trying to get in contact with customer service is nearly impossible. I called the number on Google and it’s not even the correct number. I honestly wish that everybody who had better experiences with this lady would come up and complain.

Server Paul was outstanding. Works at an incredible fast pace, takes initiative to do chores from serving to even sweeping the front door rug, and even asked how my meal was - something I've never experienced in fast food before.

Place was sticky one time I went inside but never said anything. Food was usually fine beside fries would be stale but that’s just Burger King itself. Service Today I had a lady take my drive through order and yell “WHAT” through the speaker and spoke in a rude tone Im not sure what her name was but when i went up to get my order the person at the window was Kristen

They couldn't get me a receipt and wouldn't accept app coupons. Made me wait for more than 30 minutes in the parking lot while they served everyone else their food and ran out of water. When I asked, they said they didn't have my food ready.

Terrible service, manager in charge with no manners, they see you and don't even say hello or say “hi”, they take a long time, they make a mistake in your order, definitely a bad team, without organization. Fortunately the food is good, they should improve the customer service, just for the food I give them 4 stars, because it is not my intention to harm them, on the contrary.
