Service is extremely slow, most times the wait in the drive thru is 15 minutes. Employees are rude. They get my order wrong half the time. Inside store could be cleaned better and the outside is filthy.

This place needs new management. They are always running out of everything. From large cups to different flavors of soda. Service is very slow in the drive thru. It was never like this until a few years ago. It's a shame because they are right down the street from my house. They have definitely lost a lot of my business recently.

We were there at a shift change. Nothing stopped, they took our order and kept moving as if it was a normal part of the day. There were smiles, banter, and when we left we were happy we had been there.
