Food doesn't taste the same as it use too and I was craving a whopper for a while, I bought 3 whoppers,3 frozen sodas, mozzarella fries, chicken fries,and a BBQ chicken sandwich so imagine my surprise when my total added up to $50 and the chicken tasted like all the other restaurants does... artificial. But I still made the best of it,sat down and watched SpongeBob on the screen in the dining area,goofed around with my wife and we put on a couple of cardboard crowns;ate what we could and went home...not to mention there's not too many BK restaurants in Fresno area so we traveled 5 miles just to eat there and sadly it didn't quite hit the spot;no worries...

If you are doing doordash you got 2 orders form doordash same route they give you just one order and said cancel second order. Very very very bad experience. And she did arguing with me. Need to change management.

You have to be kidding me... there is a reason why I very seldom go to BK and this place reinforced as to why... I ordered a whopper with cheese and the patty was so dry it had to be from the day before. What makes me mad is that the employees KNOW what it is they are giving customers and simply could care less... Is there no quality control? Any sense of good customer service? Absolutely unacceptable...

I came in with my bike and the manager was rude and said i couldn't order because i brought my bike inside, so i had to order through the drive thru it was unpleasant and foolish that i had to order through the drive thru if i could i would’ve left my bike outside but theirs lots of thiefs in the area a person should be allowed to bring their bike inside not everyone who comes and orders has a car!!!!

Worst Burger King in Fresno. Terrible service, they got my order wrong and with missing items yet I was charged for. The worker was arguing with me about my order when I approached counter to explain it wasn't what I wanted and she made me go back home to get when I said I'd pay additional charge to get what I wanted. I will NEVER go to this location ever!! This isn't the first time also🤦
