Terrible customer service or should I say "non customer" service. Unfortunately my handicap mother urgently needed to use the bathroom and we decided this Burger King location would be ideal because they are often courteous to the disabled and elderly. But when my mom using a walker asked to use the bathroom she was told that bathrooms are only for paying customers. And then she offered to make a purchase after using the bathroom which they replied they can't allow because they have issues with homeless. My mother then replied "Do I look homeless?" Of course they said no but still wanted her to make a purchase so I asked if I can make the purchase simultaneously while she uses the bathroom which we then had to wait for Albert to open the door manually instead of offering the code as if we are not trustworthy. At this moment I continued the discussion with Albert and his employee about how rude and unprofessional they're being. I was recommended next time to use Save Mart's bathroom next time because its free when purchasing something was not an issue. Because Save Mart is a grocery store with handicap stalls that are quite a walk to the doors let alone into the bathroom it was not an option I considered. She rudely abrupts me while I'm explaining this, to ask which drink flavor I would like. But she walked away which manager Albert then had to get her from the back after I complained to him she asked what drink I would like and then walked away. She was made to come back and explained why she walked away which I told her that I would like to wait until my mother got out of the bathroom since she was the one actually making the purchase. She did and chose diet lemonade. When we went outside GM Albert came outside to deliver a order to another customer. On his way back in the restaurant he stops and begins arguing with us in the parking lot. Which I explained to him how I hold Burger King to a high standard and even a high standard then their own employees because not only am I a son but I am also her caretaker and a nurse that considered Burger King a safe place for disabled and elderly to use the bathroom. He then started explaining the reason they monitor the bathrooms is because people go in and use the bathroom and leave it messy and they have to pay someone to clean it. I have never been told any of my patients couldn't use the bathroom because messes. I think this was a rouge policy decision made in the moment against my elderly mother who they labeled as disabled and possibly could make a mess in the bathroom because handicaps are not able to clean up after themselves completely. Clear discrimination. This location also often has several issues including slow service, employees smoking weed in the parking lot on break, locked doors at 8 o'clock when they close at 10, frequently runs out of patties and even refused coupons we were sent in the mail. Some issues here need to be addressed by someone more responsible then they have there now. I don't want to take my patients or mother here anymore even though its the only Burger King in my community.

Customer service was great but the food was horrible! My bread was straight from the bag not even toasted. Cold and just nasty! I pent almost 40$ for me and my family to eat bc I got in from work late and was too tired to cook from my 2 hour drive. To pay such an amount for food and get it gross I worked here before so I know how it should be cooked and served and this tells me they didn’t toast the bun the meat was cold.

Today I was mistreated...I'm a handicap with the use of a walker and was denied to use the restroom due to homeless causing damage. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I was forced to buy a drink and then allowed to use the handicap restroom. I did not make a mess in this restroom. I have pins in my hip for over 45 years. I'm disappointed and will not be returning to This location ever again. Also they didn't even offer me a receipt. I usually come thru drive thru to order but I needed to use use the restroom. The general manger name is Albert is responsible for this disrespectful behavior. We hold burger king to a high standard. This is in my community and now I must travel to get better service. Very sad ?Wheelchair accessibility: I was not allowed to use handicap restroom due to homeless destroying restroom was forced to buy a drink first. I use a walker & wheelchair.

I love this Burger King, especially Amanda. I always have a great experience when I go. Amanda is the best!!! . She always has a positive attitude, never forgets to tell me to have a great day. She is always on top of service and is quick. She needs a raise or a promotion because she is the best employee ever! She’s so polite and her energy is always up and positive.
Let me just say the service was amazing Amanda was awesome very kind every time I go and the way she always says God bless you once I receive my food is awesome ? The food never disappoints me so there cooks are on point fast service hot fresh food trust me my orders are not the typical orders I get what I ask for even when I make difficult orders cause my family always wants to add the extra this place is my Go to me and my family enjoy ?Kid-friendliness: My kiddos never leave without there crown ? they make sure of it

I went thru drive thru this morning to get my regular for me and my babies it was quick and such friendly Service the staff there in the mornings are awesome Food was fresh and hot definitely will be a long term
The wait was long for no reason. I left with an incomplete order. The customer service was terrible. And the reason we waited so long was because the manager was too busy on FaceTime the whole time. I was ordering through the drive thru and I asked her to add two whoppers and a soda and she tells me she closed the window…. Keep in mind no one told her to do that. There was no one behind me as I’m ordering. When I approach the window I asked her if she really couldn’t add those two whoppers? She said no. So, I asked if she could make a separate order and again she said no, you can go back around and order. So I said okay, we then waited 17 mins at the window while you can see she’s on FaceTime constantly putting her phone up and down not doing what she supposed to be doing. She then begans to talk about us with a co worker while we’re at the window. After her making us wait 17 mins I did not go around again. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager? Jesus Christ the manager does not want to do her job and did nothing to resolve the issue. She was being lazy. Why not void the order? We ended up going home with 2 people missing out on their burgers. Terrible, spent over 30 bucks at the worse fast food restaurant and the employees have the audacity to have terrible customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service for years this is beyond me??? As a manager why would you want customers to leave unsatisfied with half of what they came for

Slow doesn't even explain it. These employees must be on drugs. Everyone who was working on November 9th at 8pm needs to be fired. I literally sat in the drive through for 20 minutes because I was trapped between cars. I left without ordering and if I did order it would have been 30+ minutes. It was not busy there were 2 people inside. I was able to go through the whole Taco Bell drive through and when I passed back by the guy who was behind me was still sitting there waiting at the window right in the same place as when I left who knows how long he was there after.

The food was good but I'm not sure why it took us so long in the drive thru. There was nobody in front of us and we waited at the intercom for a good 15 minutes before the lady was ready to take our order. I only ordered a burger and halfsies and it took another 20 minutes after ordering to get that. Not sure what was the hold up last night. They weren't busy
