How are you still in business. I ordered the food twice and you sucked both times. I actually worked for Burger King as a kid and wanted to eat there before my surgery tomorrow. You guys are horrible. I will never eat at any location ever again. So disappointed!!

When I was younger, customer service and the food was great now it's a hit and miss.. Honestly every once in a while it's okay but not what I remember. Good customer service is rare.
I just ordered with my drive through rewards order and I did not receive my free rewards sandwich. I am so not pleased with such unprofessional service. I do not like to make a scene so I just walked away . I explained many times and I feel that’s good enough. I have my receipt 🧾 and yet no rewards sandwich I received that was mine from my rewards .

I've been to this place three separate times, and each time they've got my order wrong. I try to be lenient and understanding, but when you're getting $20/hr, you need to improve your service. I'm done with this location.

1 of the main problems is there is no diversity.. my girlfriend has 5 years experience working for BK .she applied at this particular location even did a walk in only to be shot down .. but when we come back the next week its 2 new team members being trained .. conveniently they were Mexican .. so you hire someone with no experience over someone who been with your company 5 + yrs ? Just say you don't hire blacks
