hii i have a pickup order and when i arrived at store ask about my order the women working on drive throw window said she dont know how long time to nake the order. even that women she dont have a sense how to talk with customers. i think one day she will broke all of business of that burger king. you need to improve that and change that women from front. thankyou

Your better off going into the Mexican restaurant next door. When it comes to waiting 20 minutes for your order you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant because you're probably going to be getting your meal at the same time. 10 minutes after ordering I moved up by two cars. 3 still in front move. Has a truck so had a truck so was able to get out of line and go to Wendys across the way. After getting my food at Wendys I passed by and with my place in line I would have barely been at the window. Not sure who is managing this place but 20-25 minutes for being the 6th vehicle really make no sense

Ask for a burger with no ketchup. To being allergic gave me a burger with ketchup, asked him if they could remake.It had an argument with me, eventually remade it.And then offered me ketchup packets.Customer service was very poor at this location

Like the chicken fries, although aren't necessarily good for you. My wife also ordered mozzarella sticks so we could split it all. They were good. Stop once in a while to have something unhealthy!

Don't try to place a mobile order here. They will ignore you while your food gets cold. Ridiculous amount of time and effort to get it refunded as well. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Where do you start here! I really have never had a bad experience at a burger king until today. Everything about this place was below standards and expectations. The food which I didn’t finish because it was horrible, the time it took to get it over 20 mins and then the fact it cost so much for it. Never again BK.

Didn't get naruto toy....2nd time this happened at BK..
At a different BK...still not getting the promo toys...at least the food was good and the fries were fresh even though they closed in 15 min..was scared the food was gonna be ones sitting there all day cuz they closing/cleaning up.
Got a toddler toy for 3yrs and under😐...toys will go to donations....
Probably one of the worst burger kings I've ever been too. Place needs a new Manager. No napkins on tables, literally gave us 1 sauce for 2 combo's. Everyone seems moody as hell. Food wasn't good. The vibe in this place sucks. Do not recommend. Save your money and go buy at another location.
