$17.96 for a bowl of Menudo. Mostly homeny, little tripe, and tasted like straight lard. Flem on my lips that won't wash away.

Condiments, super small pich of oregano, and super small pinch of chili flakes. Terrible tortillas, 2 lemon slices.

This is one of the worst restaurants I've eaten at in Fresno, and I've eaten in dozens over the years.

I ordered the Chili Verde and Chili Colorado combo plate. The verde sauce was thin, runny and had no flavor. The pork was overcooked, dry and difficult to chew. The chili Colorado sauce had the consistency of and tasted like beef gravy out of a jar. It was disgustingly awful. The beef was overcooked and hard as leather. I gave up trying to chew it.

And they charge for chips and salsa. Tsk, tsk.

Food is great, customer service is typically good, but they serve you very little food they literally skimp you. I order myself a plate of chilaquiles and literally maybe 2 tortillas total if that and the potatoes half of one if that as well…

It's next to a smoke shop where there are a lot of people selling iffy stuff next to the restaurant so I was kind of scared to leave my car parked there. The tacos are hard shelled tacos so not authentic and the camarones a la diabla are made with chili de arbol so they are super spicy where you can barely even eat them. The staff is super kind though and the place is cozy inside. 3/10 for me would not go again.
