It was a little disappointing in today’s visit. The only good experience from this was the online ordering was quick and simple. On arrival I was greeted right away and was walked over to another register because I guess that’s how they do things now. I was asked to verify the order with name, then number, then total, and if that wasn’t enough they needed to see my phone to verify order confirmation. Unfortunately I did not order it from my phone so I had to call my wife to get a screen shot. Even after the screen shot they looked at me like I was stealing food. After getting home the amount of food was just not what I expected. I’ve ordered the same thing several times in the past with plenty of food to go around for my wife and I. This particular bag was just not it, I hope they didn’t change the recipe on us, the sauce was watered down and less favorable then past times. The amount of food in the bag was definitely lacking. I understand things are getting expensive but damn 35 dollars for 8pcs of shrimps, 6 sausage pieces, 2 small potatoes, 2 corn cobs, is just wild. I hope that this is just an isolated incident and not that new management came in and screw everything up.

The food was delicious. I ordered a build-your-own bag with lobster tail and everything was flavorful and prepared well. I placed my order online through DoorDash for pickup (no delivery), paid in full using Apple Pay, and received an order confirmation with an order number.
When I arrived to pick up my order this afternoon (between approximately 3:30–5:30 PM), the food was ready and waiting, which I appreciated. I provided my name and order number; however, I was then asked to show proof of payment. Because the order had already been paid for online and was clearly marked as ready for pickup, this felt a bit uncomfortable. I was even prepared to open my bank app to show the charge, which didn’t seem necessary for a prepaid pickup order.
Ultimately, I was only asked to verbally state the approximate total, and the order was released. I understand the need to verify orders, but a clearer or more consistent pickup process would make the experience smoother and more welcoming for customers who have already paid in advance.
That said, the food itself was excellent, and I would order again. Improving the pickup verification process would make the overall experience match the quality of the food.

Very unfortunate experience. Low quality food, everything was under cooked. Oysters really badly cooked, flavor is also just low quality. All crabs seem to be frozen/ defrosted. Everything was rushed. I would and will NOT RECOMMEND this place to any human being. I do recommend OSHA, and food inspection/tor to this location. Very sad experience at a high cost.

This is a great place to eat! Just be aware that parties that are 6 or more have a 15% guest service charge that is actually a gratuity and the receipt still recommends different percentages for another tip.
