Purchased 2 tiered cake, barley any filling. The SMALL top layer fooled us, it moist & had some filling. The bottom layer WAS VERY VERY DRY AND WE HAD TO DIG TO FIND ANY FILLING. OUR 70 GUEST EVEN COMPLAINED HOW DRY THE CAKE WAS @ 300.00 YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER QUALITY. Don't do it unless you want PAY for DRY no filling cake to choke on!!! Very sad it ruined our celebration!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had a concerning experience with this bakery's customer service. Someone purchased a chocolate cake from their display case for my daughter's birthday party. The cake tasted strongly of alcohol—possibly vodka—and both children and adults noticed its effects. Some kids felt strange, and sober adults felt lightheaded. This was shocking and upsetting, as no one was informed it contained alcohol, and it was served to children, recovering addicts, and elderly guests.
As a responsible parent, I called the bakery to ask what ingredients were in the cake. When I explained the situation, the man who took the call was rude and defensive. He refused to provide information about the cake, insisting that only the person who purchased it could access details. I explained that this was a display case item and not a custom order, so I simply wanted to know what was in it to inform my guests. He repeatedly claimed none of their cakes contain alcohol, which directly contradicted what we experienced.
The lack of transparency and dismissive attitude was deeply concerning. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially given the serious nature of the issue. I hope no other family has to endure this kind of experience, and I strongly urge this bakery to prioritize honesty and responsibility when it comes to their products.

We celebrated my parents 70th wedding anniversary tonight and are so blessed to have them here to do so. Since they only had a sheet cake at their wedding all those years ago I ordered them a 2-tier wedding cake from Callegas Bakery. The champagne cake was so moist and light with a delicious champagne vanilla custard. The champagne flavor is perfect and not overpowering and the decorating delicate and beautiful as ordered. The price was quite reasonable. Love all their bakery products and friendly service and will order all my event cakes here. Thank you for making our celebration even more special!
I ordered a cake for a baby shower and specifically sent them a text two times so they wouldn’t make any mistakes on the spelling per the man I spoke with, and the name was still not spelled the way it was supposed to.

It's an unassuming but great bakery. We enjoyed some chocolate dipped Strawberries, Chocolate Oreo Cake and Cheesecake. The Strawberries were fresh and dipped in milk chocolate. These were very enjoyable. The Cheesecake was dense and very good. Accented with a a dab of whipped cream, glazed Strawberry and Blackberry. The crumb layer was a bit thin, but overall, it was very good. The Oreo Cake was delicious as well.The staff were very friendly. I hope to return for additional treats.
