Carlos was a delight to talk with, and the sandwich was delicious. Would go back.

I guess sandwich shops don't wash their hands anymore? How do you come from the back with your cellphone in your hands, then put your phone in your pocket and put on a new pair of gloves to start making my sandwich without washing your hands first?
I didn't even bother eating there or asking her to wash her hands. I just politely said no thank you and left. The way I see it, this kind of unsanitary behavior is common practice so— I'll pass. The food is always delicious though if that helps!

Came in to order with my family. I told them what I wanted and then was given my total. Didn’t let the rest of my family order. Had to tell him I wasn’t done ordering. Finally get through the order and totals me out while I’m trying to scan my rewards. Then tells me oh just enter it from your receipt. I shouldn’t have too. I told him he needs to slow the hell down. The restaurant was hot they weren’t even busy to be in such a rush. This is ridiculous.

Was expecting a good sandwich for 15.99,the Bobbie had so much dark turkey,shredded,made it look like a huge sandwich but full of stuffing and cranberry sauce.One and done for me.

We ordered wagyu sandwiches to go. The worker was friendly, and made our sandwiches in a timely manner. The sandwiches were delicious! We were so hungry, we forgot to take photos. Will visit Capriotti's again soon.

INEDIBLE! The turkey on the sandwich was so dry that I couldn’t chew it. And the coleslaw I got tasted seriously spoiled. What a waste of $20.00. I’m never eating here again. I would have asked for a refund, but they failed to give be a receipt.

I call it the Thanksgiving sandwich . Absolutely delicious 💕 Counter employee Very helpful. THE best sandwiches I”be found in Fresno!.

EXPENSIVE and not at all worth it. I’d rather have a Subway sandwich or a hotdog from the gas station.

It's was our 1st time here. My son had the HOT BOBBIE and I had the CLASSIC ITALIAN. Both were hearty and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. We will definitely return ?
