Heard all the hype so we decided to try it out as I love sandwich shops...I was very disappointed. First they only have one type of bread. White bread. And only 3 cheeses, provolone, swiss, and fake cheese (American). The original Philly was so bland. I've had better at the bowling alley. The turkey was ok, I could make the same at home though and have more flavor. The clam chowder was cold and more watery than creamy, go to West coast sourdough for good clam chowder. If you want a good sandwich try The Pickled Deli at First and Nees.

YUM! I've had Capriotti's on multiple occasions and it smacks every time. I got the Capastrami my first time and haven't looked back since! I rarely have pastrami sandwiches, so I'm a complete pastrami amateur, but I really enjoy this sandwich and will continue to get it every time I go to Capriotti's. I've always ordered online and my sandwich is always ready by the estimated time! I haven't eaten inside but when I go in to pick up my sandwich, it's very clean inside!

So Underwhelmed. hardly any meat. Bread seemed to have been microwaved. You know when you put bread in your microwave cover it and then it ends up all wrinkly and chewy but dry at the same time? That's what it was like. I only ate the cheesesteak. I won't go back .

Very good sandwich. Only 2 things I would change I would love a sourdough option and I would like for my sandwich to be more filled! It was a little light on the filling for the cost but it was delicious. I will be back! Clean restaurant and restroom. Nice staff.

My husband and I enjoy going to Capriotti's. We think it is a great tasting sandwich. All the ones we have tried have been ?.We get a medium sandwich and split it.The place is clean and the service it is good and quick.

The sandwiches are great, but after a couple of visits, I decided to only order to go.Eating there is not pleasant because they play the music too loud and it's hard to hold a conversation.It's hard enough to order with the music.

Just ordered tonight. Had the WORSE Italian sandwich. They had 4 small pieces of meat & cheese at bottom. Never had this happen. Not a happy customer. Very pricey $$$
Everything here is amazing! The staff are wonderful the food is so flavorful. My dad comes in all the time. I definitely recommend any of the pilly options, all are good. You've earned a forever customer. I was headed to Panda Express and decided to check out the vegetarian menu in the window of Capriotti's. To my surprise they had an Impossible Cheese Steak Sandwich. I was only expecting what most places consider a veggie sandwich, the entire garden covered in mayo amd mustard on bread. Not my preference. I was pleased to find that this sandwich shop went above and beyond with their vegetarian options offering Impossible meat options along with other plant based meats like turkey. I will be back very soonI finished my sandwich without hesitation and dare to go back for a second. Delicious!

After believing the hype about Capriotti's, I ordered the sausage sandwich thru Door Dash.It was a huge mistake. The sausage was tasteless and it looked and tasted like it was on a hot dog roll. The sauce was also tasteless. So was the Cole slaw. Never again.I'm done.
