I have been coming to this location twice a week for over 6 months. Since day 1 the atmosphere and service has been outstanding. Quick service and the food is nice and hot made to order. It's a quiet place to get some work done while enjoying my food. The staff are so quick and courteous. Out of the other food places in the area this is the best. It's always clean and relaxing.

Went to get a Combo meal with a coupon but was told l couldn't use it cuz l had to have the app. which I couldn't download and then she charged me individually for everything! She was very nonchalant and didn't care. She had poor customer service. I won't be eating here anymore.

The Superstar is no longer on the menu and that really sucks!. They keep on telling me that the double Famous Star is the same exact thing as the Superstar, but I'm saying it's not the same, period! If it's really the same, then they should change the name back to the Superstar! Needless to say, I'm not happy!

Very bad experience as a Dasher , they make u wait everytime , it's not one time but everytime , they don't pay attention easily to Dashers, I have seen it many times, one of the worst service 👎
I go To Carl's Jr . Probably about once a week. I go for their biscuits and gravy, there are only a few restaurants left that still have biscuits and gravy , that don't taste synthetic, and Carl's Jr. Is one of them, and they've got the price right. If your a biscuit and gravy person like I am, and your on a tight budget, I highly recommend Carl's Jr. Pretty much all the food is good, the hash brown nuggets are really good too.

I love the jalapeno double cheeseburger. This location is relatively new and at first the food wasn't the same taste I loved from other locations . But now that the grill has been used , I get that charbroiled taste im used too . Maybe I'm crazy , I just think a new grill has to be broken in.. haha
