I work close to this store,, and grab lunch at least once a week. The manager always takes my order and serves me. She always has a smile, and a greeting. The food is always good and hot. I'll be honest never really liked Carl's, but this store and manager made me a fan. Give this girl a raise she's great.

Went on my boyfriend’s lunch break and got two western bacon cheeseburgers and some “loaded fries” the loaded fries were less then a small order of fries shoved on one side of the container with a glob of guac but barley any cheese. It’s a mess and they put it in the bag sideways??? Also my boyfriend got a WBC with no onion rings and extra sauce he ended up with a western bacon cheeseburger that had the onion rings but no sauce and no bacon. They said we can go take the food back and get a refund but my bf needs something to eat for his lunch, so guess we’re stuck with this and out $30 on low low quality food. Next time we will go to any other place and get more bang for our buck.

You pay way to much for a butter even with a coupon it's not worth the 20 min wait . Had to pull over and sit and wait 20 stinking min no other cars came through for a over sauced buffer and hard refried fries with very disappoiinted

My western bacon burger was awful tonight! The Bacon had a bad taste and the onion rings were hard as rock, I had to remove them completely from the burger. You gotta do better and give more fresh food if your gonna charge over $7 come on Carl’s Jr.

Went to this Store simply because we had no other choice. To Our surprise the Staff was so friendly. The burgers actually looked like the ads, not all smashed and cold like other places. Tasted great. I wish I could remember the woman’s name that waited on us and brought our food to the table (ikr!). I’m sure it starts with an A. Thank you so much to the entire staff this afternoon.

Went at night. Two employees I talked too were very nice. It seemed everyone was working very hard and I got my food hot and quick. Some of the cash registers were down but that has nothing to do with employees. Would come back.
