Absolute worst drive thro8gh experience I've ever had in my life just now at CJs. Waited for 10 minutes no one says hello no one comes to the window. I'm so tired of supporting this restaurant with workers who just don't care. You guys lost a consistent customer.

The food is very tasty, there is no complaint, it is not the first time we have passed through the drive thru and the cashier, a short brunette, is despotic and rude, very disappointed, unfortunately it is the closest place near home, we decided to go inside the dining room, worse than disappointed dirty few people holia bad very bad it was unpleasant the way he behaved just as rude he took a while to serve us badly faced with only one car he had, I congratulate the cooks for the food but with a nicer place clean and with a good smile they would do of that fantastic place because it is not the first time I call on the managers to make that place pleasant so that one leaves a good taste in one's mouth

The food is really good with exceptional service from a model employee Darry baker, every single time I come in he goes far out of his way to make Evey customer feel important and validated. Carl's junior is doing a good job hiring!

I went in to try the new El diablo menu. I ordered the 1/3 LB El Diablo with diablo fries and I tried the diablo chicken wrap!! The service was great and the food was delicious!! I added guacamole to my burger, sante fe sauce to my wrap and ranch to my fries. Mmm mmm, yum!!? The restaurant was very clean and I'm leaving full and satisfied! Thank you Diane and Abby for the wonderful service and Natalie the food was the bomb!!

I’m absolutely disappointed with the service here. I was treated like I was the problem for an issue that was on due to a failure on my end, not my own. I will never eat at another Carl’s Jr.’s after this experience.Edit: I made a complaint directly with Carls Jr, but never heard anything back from the store. Now they are interested. Just avoid this location.

Very bad Mold on bread.
Check your food before eating!! I recently went to this location and was absolutely appalled when I opened my burger and saw a very moldy bun! When I went back inside to report the issue, the store manager and her assistant tried to blame their oversight on the cook.
They offered to change my order. While I was waiting, another customer came in and reported moldy bread on his sandwich too! Will be avoiding the Carls Jr from now and advise you do so too.
