I’m absolutely disappointed with the service here. I was treated like I was the problem for an issue that was on due to a failure on my end, not my own. I will never eat at another Carl’s Jr.’s after this experience.Edit: I made a complaint directly with Carls Jr, but never heard anything back from the store. Now they are interested. Just avoid this location.

Ask/check your receipts Tell me if this sounds off. I got a double western and a big Carl (just burgers) with a 2 dollar off coupon and paid almost 15 bucks. They didn't give me a receipt either. This has happened twice already.. is this just inflation or am I getting scammed ?

Never have I ever been treated with disrespect from the Carl’s Jr. staff , And I go to carls quite often, I don’t know why I was treated like that the lady must’ve though I was stealing soda I was refilling my cup while waiting for my order that I PURCHASED WITH MY OWN MONEY , and when asked to empty my cup I told her I was waiting for my food that wasn’t just a homeless person looking for a free handout she still ordered me to empty my cup and said I couldn’t leave until my cup was emptied infringe of her eyes worst visit ever to carls honestly this visit has left a bad feeling on me and I don’t think I’ll ever want to eat there again location in the fig garden area
Worst service ever. Worst food ever my burger had hair in it. I let them know And the workers middle eastern maybe was the worst. Nasty attitude made it seem like nothing was wrong.

I ordered on Uber and was missing 2 western bacon burgers , I was supposed to get 3 burgers all together , they ended up giving me 2 burgers of not what I ordered, was missing 2 burgers I wanted . I had to re order my burger since my son was kind enough to eat whatever burger they gave . Ounce I re ordered my burger and was checking maybe they can at least give me my burgers also to that order the ones I was missing , Uber driver said that she did not care . Bad service, bad customer service. I work at a restaurant and if my customer was missing something I would have made it right for them .

I don't eat fast food often BUT when a coupon comes out for the Super Star w/cheese then it's a must for me. This has got to be one of thee best burgers made by a fast food burger joint. AND if you can get them to make it fresh, we'll then it's the ultimate burger. Now I'm not comparing it to craft burgers or smash joints or burgers with tri tip or brisket and such on them, just your run of the mill off the menu burger. This in my opinion is the best. I go out of my way to get them when I have a coupon because I only trust two joints to make it fresh. Carls Jr on the loop and on Shaw by Target. Jus Sayin
