The fries and bread were stale. I wouldn’t have eaten it if I wasn’t starving. I felt sick immediately afterwards. Five hours later, I’m still have symptoms of poor food handling. However, the team was friendly. Hopefully they can get the food quality under control before someone gets incredibly ill.

I hardly come to Carl's Jr due to the price increases. But every so often I will treat myself to it. Jezabel took my order last week and gave great service. She asked all the typical questions when I was ordering. This week I came back and had her attend me again with not the greatest service like last time. I asked for the selected burger and a different fry choice instead of regular fries. Assuming she was going to ask if I wanted a combo meal as usually ask when ordering. She said burger and fries. I replied with I wanted a combo. She scoffed and said it's easier if you guys would let us know that in the beginning. I got upset when she responded that way. I've never worked at a fast food restaurant, but I believe that questions of the order are to be asked by the workers taking the order to give good quality of service. I also wasn't asked if I was eating in or take out. So my food came in a bag instead of a tray. Very disappointed. She did great last week, but this week Jezabel disappointed me with her attitude. Hopefully she is just having a bad day. But she shouldn't have taken it out on the customer.

Adrian and his team was amazing. The food was fresh, hot and the presentation was outstanding. Adrian’s customer service and this food experience was a great way to start our vacation. I would have taken better pictures but it was gone in a flash. Coming back home to Fresno after 10 years let me see our Fresno values. Carls Jr. and Adrian thanks bunches ✨✨✨

I have come to this location 4-5 times for breakfast and it has been such a great experience each time. Coincidentally, I’ve seen Adrian (the general manager) each time who has the BEST attitude and is always so positive. He’s very thorough when taking orders and ensures that you have everything you need for your meal. I appreciate that he is intentional and his positive energy always makes me happy and I feel like I start my day off on a great note. I love coming to this specific location because I know they’ll always get my order right!

Omg! Posted earlier but guess was deleted! NEVER coming back to this establishment or any other CJ's ever! Asked for a SMALL meal combo and got charged for a MEDIUM! Didn't realize until food brought to table in a bag instead of on a tray! So tired of paying for something I did not ask for! I hope this place loses profits just like McDonald's! It's bad enough that the cost of everything is going up, don't need businesses being sneaky and charging people for things they didn't order!
Everything was great! I chose to remain and eat in, unfortunately the TV, which was all there was to do, didn't like me and would loose signal and cut off the entire time I was there.

I honestly hadn’t been to Carl’s Jr. in years! The only reason I started visiting this location was to pick up a burger for my father-in-law who lives just down the street. To my surprise, the experience here has been consistently excellent.
The staff are incredibly friendly, fast, and extremely polite. Every visit has been smooth and enjoyable thanks to their great service. I usually pay much more elsewhere for a burger and get only a fraction of the service I receive here.
Well done, Carl’s Jr.— keep these people!. You have some good ones.

Walked in and walked out.. It's the ridiculously high prices that made me decide to eat at hotel.. Talk about taking advantage of consumers with high prices.. al.ost 20 bucks for a burger drink n fries.. going to Dennys is cheaper..
