Very quiet location. Went for lunch at 2:30 and the place was empty, which was unfortunate because it's a very clean restaurant. The cashier was very polite and helpful, and the delivery of freshly cooked food was prompt. While the prices were a little steep, I also should preface that I'm from the East Coast. The double Angus Big Carl burger was good, properly cooked, and well dressed, and the fries were hot and crispy, and comparable to Wendy's, though possibly fried in a different type of oil. If I lived out here, I would definitely return.

It’s very rare if I leave a review for any fast food restaurant. Most people are nice wherever you go, but it’s rare if you get exceptional service. Most people today don’t really care what kind of service they’re giving. And that’s why I want to compliment this Carl’s Jr. off of McKinley and Gateway. Adrian, the manager, is super nice and friendly. He takes a moment to talk to you and makes you feel like you’re a human worth notice. I really liked their Ghost Angus burger. They made it fresh and in my opinion it was better than any burger i’ve had in a long time. Better than any restaurant where you go in and sit down. So take a trip over there and you won’t be disappointed.

My savior after I didn't have enough time between my flights to get food. The big Carl was the first thing I ate when I landed and I'm so happy. Employees are friendly, place is clean and for the most part I didn't wait super long to get my meal.
