I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Ana. She greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome.
The food came out fresh and exactly as I ordered. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, but Ana went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Great job to her for setting such a high standard in customer care.

Excellent customer service, the meal was worth every cent. Their shakes are bomb.
Cjs is the best fast food burger joint in my opinion ever. I love all folks and I don't judge but there can be one too many crazy homeless in this place due to Acceptance of EBT payments. We all have to eat so maybe hit the drive through here and eat at home. I usually sit outside by the playground with my family and let the kids play to avoid any stuff going on inside with the homeless.

Went to drive through ordered 2 chicken tender wraps and sm fries and nobody in front on me and it took them 15min and they forgot my fries so I had to go inside to get them smh ?
