Ordered the "El Diablo Fries", expecting something good and spicy.
Don't waste your time. It was roughly a medium order of fries with some shredded cheese sprinkled on, and less than a handful of pickled jalapeno slices.

I went in on 11/23/2024 at 8am. I asked what the breakfast specials were. The cashier told me 2 for $5. I asked what that mean? she says mix and match. I asked again what does that mean? Then she points at a window sign across the restaurant. So I mention to her that you don't want to tell me? No response. She was talking on her cell phone. She seemed to be more occupied with her cell phone versus helping me. It's a shame that the first person one makes contact with is that lazy and preoccupied with personal items rather than assisting me.

The lady that helped me and my family was really polite and served us very professional. We haven't been treated so well in a restaurant in long time. We are really glad to been attended by Delia that lady at the register.

Is a typical Carl's Jr. Not in the greatest of areas but if you want the western bacon that you grew up with, not a bad stop. Drivethu included. I just don't like how much the food has gotten and the seemingly smaller portions. That is not this franchises fault. Corporate you know.
