Wow this place is great. Charbroiled burgers at its finest. And the service was very quick. I was welcomed by Claudia and she was very high spirit. Ordered a box meal and was fresh is totally worth the money. The box meal beats the Wendy’s 4 for 4 by a mile . Hope it’s on the menu forever.

Cashier Claudette took our order all wrong, she even made us wait 10mins in the drive thru and still F-up somehow. Poor customer service maybe it is better to replace these idiots with robots

After doing physical labor for 3 hours, it was time for a meal. We were greeted when we walked up to the counter, but then the cashier disappeared to go work the drive up window. Such a sad thing to be short handed for employees. One customer gets helped and the other one is ignored.After a several minutes, cashier returned and our 2 orders were taken. We sat at a clean table and were served. My friend's order was wrong, but quickly corrected ( food was cooked, just put on wrong tray.)Employers need to provide enough staff to work each area, not one person working multiple stations.

On 1/8/24, we headed to CJs to get a late night meal. Purchased numerous different items including a Guacamole bacon angus burger. As we paid for our items, we checked the receipt and noticed that employee had input the incorrect burger. We informed her that we ordered the guacamole bacon angus burger, she went took back our order and “corrected” it. When we arrived home, ready to enjoy our food. Upon opening our food, we noticed that our burgers were still incorrect and made horribly. This is the 3rd time this CJs have made our orders incorrect even when the business was slow, this is a prime example of poor service due to employee lack of attention to detail. We notified the manager and his response was “what can I do?” As he hung up. How can anyone work in the service industry but yet not want to hold themselves to a higher standard. We were not rude, patiently waited for our food and tried to get our food corrected multiple times but have yet to see an improvement from this establishment. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, with quality food, a professional and friendly team then do not go to this Carls Jr. I would highly recommend going to the McDonald’s next door or Wendy’s down the street than paying for low grade food and service. Mistakes are given to be made but when management fails to acknowledge their mistake numerous times and can’t be apologetic then that’s a concern. Take your hard earned money else where, happy new year.

I went there this morning and there is a hispanic woman that works there the one with a tattoo on her face and she is so rude. Not friendly at all. Everyone else has always been friendly but this girl that was there was just so rude! So sad!! There’s no reason to have that kind of attitude… I hope she can really treat people better like the other employees there.
