This by far has been one of the best visit to Carl’s I’ve had in a long time . My food was served hot and my drink was so good and fresh tasting , you know the kind that makes your eyes water , the carbonation was perfect making the drink great ! The employees were friendly and efficient even though there were only 3 employees working they were a good team . There was one male employee and two females . Thank you for the coupons also , great deals !

You’d think getting paid $20/hour they would be a little quicker. I’ve been in the drive through by myself for 10 minutes. No other cars. If I’m paying $41 for 2 burgers at least make it fresh and dash.

Horrible customer service Will Never be back so sad I had been coming here for 15 years plus but Nino was the worst employee I’ve encountered I payed almost 20$ for a meal which is fine but when it’s not prepared correct and you let them know and get no apology no compensation or anything it’s horrible left with no food or money I’ll just take my business elsewhere
