Went for the wicked cocktails, and they did not disappoint. The chicken tomatillo tamales and rice and been plate was delicious! Sat at the bar and the service was good and staff was friendly.

I ordered one chicken taco and one carnitas taco, my husband ordered 2 carnitas tacos and we ordered 1 New Mexico pork tamale to share. The carnitas was old and dried out. No flavor and because of how tough it was, my husband couldn't eat his tacos. The chicken also tasted old, it had a funky flavor and was mushy, not saucy, but sitting in water mushy. The tamale was ok, but the meat was dry and not very flavorful. Overall you can just tell that nothing is made fresh on a daily basis or anything close to it. We ordered their mandarin mojitos, unfortunately they were also bad. We sat at the bar so we watched them be made. Waaaay too much sugar and huge mint stems were left in the drinks, they weren't strained at all.

Great service but food was just OK. The Pesto Fries were good but our actual meal was a mutual "meh" from all three of us. The pickled cabbage in our tacos actually turned the tortilla blue. Not the best look. Appreciate the effort to create a healthy menu but if you are going to do Mexican food in the Central Valley you REALLY have to bring it.

placed an order for the saturday special thinking if its available its saturday and the order went through and charged my account as well as gave me a pick up time. I arrived 30 minutes later when the notification said it was ready according to the ritual app that was used for the online order. the restaurant claimed they didnt accept the order but the ritual app showed they did. i showed the cashier what it said on my side and showed that the money was pending from my bank account. they didn’t make any order but instead told me they would have to charge full price but i asked for a refund. the restaurant knew the refund was available since the time the order was placed but they chose to wait til i got to the restaurant to make that call. i would’ve not came and wasted my time and gas that way. we could’ve resolved it and i could’ve came on the correct day the special was available. this is sloppy customer service. the worker cristina was not very helpful at all and had a passive aggressive tone with me insisting its my fault for not reading the order saying Saturday special. any other online ordering app would simply not have the special available til the specific time and date it’s available. it wouldn’t have taken my money and it would’ve clearly told me my order was not accepted by the restaurant. Cristina claimed she called to have it fixed but i did not see any of those calls and having been experienced with online ordering apps , restaurants shouldn’t have to call i shouldnt have to deal with the restaurant over a call or else i wouldve called to place the order. if your app is causing problems then you should then make it right yourself as a restaurant and be more proactive with your apps. my order should have been made to go and your restaurant should do it part to make sure the special ordee can only be placed during that time.this is the first time i used this app ritual and compared to my usual doordash and grubhub this app did not work well. overall bad experience. i was also giving this place a chance again since having been disappointed in the food the past two times hence why its been months since i ate here. i assumed a discount would be worth the risk. possibly the worst customer service ive had in a long time.

Such a sweet little place, absolutely well worth a visit. They mostly offer tamales and tacos which do not disappoint, paired with chips and salsa it was an excellent choice for an early dinner. The lemonades, should you choose to order one, are far from normal, each is unique and definitely worth the taste. Additionally, the service was exceptional, the owner even came over herself to serve and engage with us. I definitely will be coming back!

I came her with my family and we ate this place UP. The food is so delicious, all our plates were licked clean by the end. The drinks are excellent too (you have to try the lemonades) The atmosphere is very relaxed and perfect for enjoying good conversations, and we were very well taken care of by the staff!!! Ps. I don’t normally write reviews, that’s how good this restaurant is.

Visting from MI for the week and after hitting the gym, I wanted to try some vegan option food. Google found this spot and the food looked promising. Came in for lunch and here is everything I ordered: strawberry with minty lemonade, habanero pesto fries, small ensalada, one jalapeño and cheese tamale, creamy chicken poblano tamale, vegan Dorado, and the fiery Barbacoa. Everything was yummy!! Highly recommend trying this place at least once. Also a side of that habanero pesto will go along way on the tacos too!!
