Stopped in tonight for the first time to get the Saturday online special. Wow!! The food was delicious! We will definitely be eating here again! I highly recommend the Citrus Marinated Chicken Taco and the Chicken Tomatillo Tamale. It was gluten free AND the flavor was great!!Dietary restrictions: I rarely eat out due to gluten allergy but felt comfortable eating here after seeing that most everything (if not all) is gluten free.

Excellent for gluten-free, nut free, I think, vegan, vegetarian, and people with no restrictions at all. It’s a limited menu, but everything we had was outstanding. They also have takeout. Very reasonable prices.Dietary restrictions: The whole place is GF, they also have vegan and vegetarian options, but there are plenty of choices for people who eat everything.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in. Large restroom. Not sure about the grab bars.

The food and margaritas are great . It's a notch above your average Mexican restaurant. Love that dishes are gluten free and there are vegan and veggie option, the tamales melt in your mouth delicious. The prices are really good too not to mention the location and friendly fresh atmosphere. We will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos and tamales and rice and beans.Dietary restrictions: So glad to go somewhere and eat gluten free and vegetarian.

Was looking for a place near Tower Theatre where we were going for a show and this happened to be right next to it. Apparently Tower has a street market on Thursdays. This place was fantastic! Staff were super nice and the six tacos and habanero fries special for only $22 was awesome! Yes this was spicy but the flavors were on point. We chose 2 cauliflower, 2 chicken and 2 carnitas tacos. All were very good, but the cauliflower were excellent. The fries were the star of the show.Plan a date night and check this place out.

Great service. Love the fresh made corn tortillas from which the tacos were made...filled to the brim with ingredients. We had chicken, pork and beef. Lots of meat! Yummy margaritas.

The barbacoa and carnitas are full of flavor, and are some of the best I've had in town. The chicken was moist but wasn't nearly as flavorful, but still decent. The habanero pesto fries are an absolute must.
Clean, good looking restaurant with a full bar and flexible seating. Delicious tacos, tamales, salsa and chips. Guacamole has tomato in it which is a plus or a minus depending on who you are, but we enjoyed it.We fed six people here for $60, which is a feat in 2023. Food was great at any price point but the flavor to value ratio at CDT is off the charts. They also sell family meals, both take away and for on site consumption.Recommended!!!

To summarize they make delicious gourmet, traditional and fusion Mexican food...So for many years I had an old favorite Mexican restaurant... now CDT cocina is my favorite. They have a limited menu which is a sign the food is fresh. They make the best tacos and tamales. Even their blueberry cream tamale is heavenly. Homemade tortillas, pefect tamale texture, great drinks. I've tried different food here and everything is delicious. And I say that while not normally liking tamales from other restaurants. These are deliciously different

We stopped in here after arriving in Fresno and the food and service was amazing. Liz, the owner and Ruben, our server were awesome hosts. The food was excellent. We ate a total of 11 tacos and even got 3 to go!! Delish!!! So so yummy. Highly recommend this place for anyone, but especially for Celiacs and those with GF restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Everything is GLUTEN FREE!!!!!

Came here for lunch and didn't disappoint! The palomas were sooo freakin good. The caraf poured about 4.5 glasses (cup was filled with ice). Just the paloma alone would bring me back in!!They had different types of tamales and you can get a combo with rice and beans. The food came out so fast and was super hot. (Ordered: Mexican Pork, Chicken Poblano and Farmers Market)We were walking around tower and decided to come in, and this was the best decision. Prices were really good and everything was perfect. Hope they get locations in North Fresno. Love love love!!
