Delicious Vietnamese sandwich in town.. I’ve had quite a few here at home. But this mix in the B1 sandwich takes the crown for me. I got a lychee slush on the side.. 25% sweetness is perfect with all the toppings I like to add. Definitely coming back after school or shopping for a drink and this beautiful sandwich. ??????

The drinks are super fresh, also instead of just a sugary syrup for the smoothies they put actual fruit... quickly becoming a favorite boba spot. Also the freshly made pandan waffles are amazing same with their Bahn mi....so good

So happy this place exists! Their prices are much more reasonable than other boba places I’ve tried. The menu selection and quality of beverages is amazing! I have tried a couple specialty fruit tea drinks and the half & half waffle corn dog (beef hot dog with mozzarella cheese) and wow everything has been so delicious. As someone who prefers fruity drinks and popping/crystal boba I’m so happy with their selection here. Service is also so friendly! The place is clean with cool cloud lighting & fun music which makes for a chill place to hang out & grab a snack

Amazing little boba tea shop with a wide variety of options from matcha to taro. In fact, there is a large selection of food options that are delicious. Staff was so helpful and welcoming this is definitely a hidden gem. Got the Taro tea and Matcha blossom. As well as the Waffle which was made on the spot and very good. Don’t forget the poke bowl options that are plentiful.
