Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

The pepperoni Philly cheese steak is the best sandwich I’ve ever had , i live in southern California and have been to multiple places trying to find a true Philly cheese steak , and I could not find one , I took a trip to Fresno this weekend and stumbled upon this place and I very highly recommend it !! I have friends from Philly that would be impressed with these sandos !

The meat is decent, but I feel the meat is skimpier here than it was in years prior. Play how to Chipotle Tabasco sauce on top of the glass to use, which was great with the sandwich. Personally, I found the bread to be off, and the weird mayo they use on their sandwiches might cause issues for some people.

This restaurant is in the middle of an indoor mall, and might be quite noisy for those who want to talk with friends and maybe relax at the end of a work day.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Today 9/22 12:35 the sandwich was the worst it’s been. . Plus they added to much mayo. What happened to putting that on yourself anyways?Also where’s the meat? About 2 pinches of meat in the whole sandwitch! It’s just not worth it anymore. Nasty

Maybe if I were a teenager with no taste buds, this would’ve been fine; but I’m not, so it wasn’t. The cheesesteak meat tasted like regret, and the fake cheese? Straight-up cafeteria horror. Fries were passable if you're grading on a curve. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic,friendly, fast, and way better than the food they had to serve. no one to blame but myself

I can't believe how long this restaurant has been here and I haven't had it until recently. The food is amazing. Cheese steak sandwiches, tasty. Fries crispy. Drinks, thirst quenching. One of my favorite places to eat now.

Completely messed edit up my sandwich, forgot my fries, and to top.it off the girl was rude when I told them it was wrong. Ended up just taking the sandwich because ndidnt want to deal with the attitude of the girl. It was supposed to be no lettuce no mayo and banana peppers. Not even close to being right.

The female and male employers are working around the kitchen without hair net and grabbing the phone. I found a long hair in my fries. This place is not what it use to be anymore

Well their hours say they close at 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:25pm and they’re closed. 2 very capable workers cleaning up. No shame! All the other establishments were still working, but Charley’s is CLOSED. Will never go back to this location! Go to the Sierra Vista mall location where they actually honor the hours posted.
