Exceeded expectations. Saw the 4.7 star and was in the mood for something different than the usual American or Mexican Breakfast. Got the Crepe Basque with the spicy level. It was outstanding. Service was great, didn’t have to ask for water, they just brought it out. They were attentive to refill our coffee as we desired. The coffee had an acidic profile, which I typically don’t go for, but I actually enjoyed theirs. Will be back.

I love that the food is freshly made so be prepared to wait a little. Love the fresh pastries also and the whipped cream is perfect not overly sweet. Plenty of parking outside and the environment is clean. Will definitely return :)

Absolutely wonderful food & presentation. Portions were large. Was able to save half for a time that was sitting & waiting to board a plane. Admitting to kicking my fingers afterwards - so delish! Service was sweet & friendly(thank you!). Highly recommend.

Stopped by Chez Maryse for breakfast and ordered the croissant sandwich, and wow — it was incredible. The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, packed with savory ham, melted cheese, and egg that balanced beautifully. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve.
It came with a fresh side salad that added the perfect light touch to the meal. The whole vibe of the café was calm, friendly, and felt like a true local gem. Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while — simple, fresh, and done right.

Chez Maryse is a hidden gem!!! I cannot say enough about the food. Haven’t eaten there several times now, I can say with great confidence that you will love anything you order there. The crêpes are amazing! The owners are wonderful people who love their neighborhood and this city. It shows in their employees and the food they prepare. Go go, go! Check it out for yourself

The food was delicious! The portion size are smaller understands France portion sizes are way smaller than USA. After finish eating I felt satisfied. We were given dessert at the end in the house the chocolate mousse was really rich. I loved and enjoyed life music during my meal. It is a very nice cozy place. I will go back.
