Messed up my order last month I called and complained. I proceed to explain I don’t come to Fresno all the time they said, they will fix my order when I come back to Fresno. I came back today proceeded to put in my order literally almost fought me to give me my food, then proceeded to have me wait an hour to get me my food. PS I drove over an hour to come over here. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered food through the app. Waited 30 minutes for the food. Okay I get they are busy but no one called out our order and the food was just sitting cold. They gave us the food cold after an additional 30 minutes. Drinks were melted no straws. Then when we gave them the food back once again gave attitude saying they called our name.

2/27 9/15 a.m the drive thru and cashier employees were great and genuinely nice ( rare) very much appreciate it but the food was cold other than that great!
I usually don’t write bad reviews about fast food, but the manager at this location was something else… tall lady with glasses stands around doing nothing! Poor employees were trying to get orders out as soon as they were ready. The lady who seems to be a manager was rushing employees while refilling her cup with soda the whole time we were there. Never helped her staff… Will be taking my business elsewhere. I can’t stand to see good employees abused.
