Customer service is not the best. I walked in one time and was there for at least a minute no one came from the back to greet me and I ended up leaving and there was no one else in the store. Another time I got a chicken sandwich and the bread on one side was so soggy and it seemed to be from the grease not being drained. But their chicken fries were probably the best thing I have eaten from there.

Went for an event they were supposed to be having. Invitation said event lasted until 8pm, I got there at 6:05pm and they said the owner shut down the event at 6pm. Wasted my time coming from Visalia. Can't stand shady business tactics.

Chicken is decent. The fry portion is it embarrassing for what they charge so don't order any fries unless you want to be disappointed.

When they say it takes 45 minutes they aren’t lying and they got my order wrong also forgot my ranch and bbq my chicken was so dark colored idk if it was burnt or it was the oil but I would NEVER come here again.

It took 45 minutes to receive order wasn’t even hungry anymore. Chicken sliders are small and boring didn’t have its own separate flavor than these other places. Place is nasty they do not clean the lobby. Workers are super slow and look confused. Need different workers

The wings had no flavor to them whatsoever. You took one bite and all the flavor was gone right after that. Chicken wings were decent size did not have a good taste underneath skin. Overall on wings is 2/5. Another big problem I had was the fries. Please do not call them "zesty" if they have NO flavor. Overall experience at Chick N' Bros is 3/10 will NEVER order from here again. Disappointment at its finest.

The hubs has been on the hunt for the best fried chicken in town so, we ended up here tonight. This is a small place with 2 tables inside. The menu board was difficult to read because the colors are bright. I ended up getting the og chicken sandwich minus slaw and he got the 4pc drums and thighs. We both made these a combo for $3.99 extra. Our tab was just under $38. Yikes. We were told it'd be about 15-20mins because they cook to order. Fair enough. We sat at one of the tables and it was sticky and had dried on hot sauce. The guy did come wipe it down for us, but neither the stickiness nor hot sauce went anywhere. The staff were nice and they are the reason for what stars we did give. I need to point out that the ambiance is quite loud. The hood is surprisingly loud and creates a constant hum that's difficult to hear over. This place seems to be more of a grab and go place, so maybe its not a concern. Our food was ready in a decent amount of time. I looked at my sandwich and it was a little sad looking. It looks like someone had cut into the middle of it and there was no breading around that area. I've seen cardstock paper thicker than the bun it was served on. It was just genuinely sad. The fries did not taste made to order and were lukewarm. I'm not sure what I was expecting for my drink but a can of soda was not it. I was seriously underwhelmed with my sandwich. I looked to the Mr. to see if he'd found his fried chicken nirvana but could tell by the look on his face this was not going to be it. He said the chicken was juicy and cooked well, but that the outside tasted like it was burnt or cooked in oil that's too hot. He was not a fan of that flavor and shared my summation on the state of the fries and can of soda. On the whole the experience was just not worth repeating even if the staff were nice.

Food was cold waited 50 minutes for my order and THE CHICKEN WAS MISSING the main thing in my combo cashier was rude and they were cross contaminating
