This is a small, comfortable bakery offering a large selection of delectable treats. I've ordered 2 birthday cakes already the past couple of months and have been amazed. Our favorite so far has been the Carrot Cake. I couldn't believe how heavy the 8 inch round was, but that's because it was full of fresh ingredients with no sparing of icing. Decadent and highly recommended. Service was good and the staff was accommodating. Looking forward to stopping by again soon to curb my next craving.

This is a little bakery located in a "plaza" location Northeast Fresno. The place has in and outdoor seating. Very bistro like setting. As soon as I walked in, the man greeted me immediately. He was a very kind soft spoken gentleman. I've asked for 1/2 a dozen of the cupcakes (which was about $23 but very large in size! Totally worth it for the size and quality). They were baked fresh. He was very kind to assist in his favorite and customer favorites. French toast and cookie cupcake was our overall fav! They were all moist and delish. Will be back again! He also sells day old cupcakes as well (if any) for a discounted price. I know everyone has cupcakes or cookies they have sitting around and still eat, so hey! no judging!

We placed an order online and picked it up at the scheduled time. It was a really easy process. The cake looked beautiful, was heavy and the frosting was a little hardened. The flavor of the cake had a nice hint of champagne and the jam in the center was tart and sweet. The cookies and cream cupcake was decent. The frosting was on the sweet side, but overall good.

The cupcakes (keylime) we purchased were overly sweet and artificially flavored. No tartness or tang. Dry and crumbly. The frosting felt greasy and didn't appear to be actual buttercream. The cheesecake was ok. I got the impression that lesser quality ingredients were being used and perhaps the passion for baking had burned out.Employee was kind and personable. Service was great. Price point was acceptable.Don't think we'll be returning but we wish this establishment the best.

Gave this 2 stars because the carrot cake was moist. However, I ordered many cupcakes to sample for a birthday coming up and they were all dry, and they didn't have much of a taste. I drove 35 minutes to try this bakery and was disappointed to say the least.

I was so excited to try them and so disappointed. I bought 4 cupcakes and while edible they were pretty lackluster. The best one was the German chocolate. The others were so dry and you couldn't taste the flavors. The key lime had no lime taste or zest and was the worst. Won't be going back there again. The pink one,I think it was supposed to be champagne, tasted like fruity pebbles. Hopefully the food is better.

I live in Couer d Alene Idaho and I wanted to send a cake to my family in Madera. I am so glad I found Chiffonos. They all loved the strawberry cake I ordered and had delivered. It arrived on time and was a beautiful cake. I will use them from not on to send a slice of happiness.
Chiffonos has the best sandwiches that I have ever had in my life. The bread is made in house fresh and it literally melts in your mouth. The pastries and coffee are also delicious. It’s a local gem.

Only had their desserts and tried nearly everything. If there is a national crème brule ranking system, theirs would rank highly. Everything else was good and most things with lemon in them were very good but may reflect my personal preference.
