The food wasn't that great, they must of been off, all I could taste on my burger was the onion. My husband's tortillas were old and just broke couldn't even use them with his fajitas. The best part was the original skillet queso.

I love this place. Fries are fantastic. Not sure why but better than all others in my opinion. Service was great. Kept my iced tea full. All food was good. Ribs weren't dry or overcooked.

Food is always good but the servers here are the worst honestly . They have a 3 for me unlimited drinks but you have to wait 20 minutes for refills . Seems like they need more training here . I come here like 2 times a month and it’s always the same thing

I had heard great great things about about the tripple dipper and i expected it to be on the spicier side but it was sweet (the wings). The mozzetella sticks were good. Mac and cheese was delicious which my roomate had, he said thechicken salad was good but spicy. THE WORST PART ABOUT THE WHOLE ESPERIENCE WAS IN THE RESTROOM, SOMEONE HAD BARFED ON THE GROUND AND I ACCIDENTALLY STEPPED ON IT!

More food for less money. I ordered their bacon cheeseburger dinner/lunch special from the back of the menu, which comes with a bowl of soup; it was more than I could eat. The burger was super tasty. Then, my family, and I shared their Moulton chocolate dessert; it was fabulous, reminding me of the chocolate volcano desserts you get on a cruise. We had the best server. She’s was so kind and smiley the whole time. We gave her a big tip. The place is clean and nice. The atmosphere is fun with all the TVs and college football games on, but quite enough to have a nice conversation. Oh, and the person who greeted us when we first came in, was super nice too.

The family and I went here yesterday, we all got the QP burgers and it was good. The service was good, unfortunately I don’t recall the waitress name but she was awesome. The business itself was little difficult to find because I don’t live in Fresno and my familiarity of the city is limited, plus Siri seemed like she was having a stroke giving us directions. Aside from that, nothing bad about the place itself.
Today a group of 7 of us descended on Chili's for lunch. They do keep the place cold so bring a coat. 🧥. We ordered a wide variety of dishes and I found the lunch menu was just fine with me

I visited this location for lunch with my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. To start on a positive note, the host who seated us was wonderful—warm, friendly, and very professional.
However, the server assigned to our section was the complete opposite. She was visibly dismissive, unwelcoming, and displayed discriminatory behavior. Although she repeatedly looked over at our table, she never approached us, never greeted us, and never offered drinks. Instead, she continued to assist every table that arrived after us—primarily white patrons—while completely bypassing my daughter and me. After waiting over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, we moved to another section and requested a different server.
Trinity, our new server, was exceptional. She greeted us immediately, made us feel welcome, and provided the type of service every guest should receive.
When I asked to speak with the manager, the situation only worsened. The manager approached our table in an unprofessional and hostile manner, interrupting Trinity as she was taking our order. His greeting was abrupt and disrespectful, and when I asked that Trinity finish assisting us before I addressed the issue with him, he walked away in frustration. When he returned, he raised his voice and dismissed my concerns, insisting that the original server had greeted us—something that absolutely did not happen. Even after we moved tables, I observed the server repeatedly looking at the empty table to confirm we had left her section, further reinforcing that her behavior was intentional.
This level of service and management is completely unacceptable. What should have been a simple lunch turned into an uncomfortable and discriminatory experience. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and notified corporate about this incident.
This location has clearly declined, and it’s evident that both management and certain members of the service team need retraining or reassignment if they’re unwilling to treat all members of the public with basic respect.

My salmon plate was great! Good portion. Price was good. Chips & salsa were good. The workers were mostly kind. One lady looked like she hated her job but maybe a rough day. Overall good staff. Atmosphere was loud but typical for restaurants these days. The table space was crowded. Very hard to walk in the bottom seating area. The menu is extensive which is nice for a big family. One of my family members didn't like anything on the menu, so if you have a PICKY one, maybe look up the menu first.
