Dean was our waiter and he's the best, he's such a very friendly person, attentive and he was so patient with our orders. The food was great, but honestly, when you're treated right, everything tastes great.

We arrived early in the evening at least 3-4 hours before closing. The only option was to sit in the bar area. The non-bar area was empty but was not an option for dining. The bar is noisier and not relaxing. However, the service staff did make our experience bearable. They were attentive and friendly.
I would choose the N. Fresno location if I return.
Would not order the fried mozzarella. The taste is off. The other food choices are, OK
I had the brisket burger with was really good. Service was great and had a good lunch.

Tonight ( 12/12/24 ) Chili’s service and food was worst my family and I have ever experienced. it started ok as when the waiter ask us what we wanted to drink and appetizers, and we did order them both. soon after we order our entree, my wife the fajitas and i ordered the Cajun Pasta. then it went completely downhill the beans that came in a separate cup for the fajitas was cold i mean ice cold. finally when the waiter return he apologized and offered to bring us hotter or maybe cooked beans. finally when he returned they were warmer but with half a cup of beans in it. totally displeased with the guest experience when he returned he asked “ out of the two which was better “, , my wife returned stating , “ you chose “. obviously neither was any good. you might want asked, “ was there any attempt for management to make their appearance, answer “ NO”, was there any attempt recover the experience, NO”, what happened you ask we paid the $104 dollars and some but not to return again, Thank you Chili’s but No thanks”.

I went here tonight with a group of friends. It was such an awful time the bartender and manager were absolutely insanely terrible. Honestly the savior of the day was the server next to us who had to take over and check us out. If you go here ask for Mateo! He is absolutely amazing and the only reason this place got 4 stars. Cause without him. I would leave 1 star.

Went to celebrate sons honor roll award, and boy was it a great place . The hamburgers were delicious and my son loved his platter!!!
