They ruined my 3 year daughter birthdays we went this chilis Shaw and Marty they are not that busy last night it’s was Thursday night last of table was empty server took our order they bring soda right away but after that they forgot about us maybe they. Skip our order 30 minute passed the table behind us order after my order got their order but no update on my food. I asked my server he said five more minute after 15 minute I ask for manager he showed up after 10 minute and said sorry today we are shorthanded we are end up, leaving without food. I offer him for my soda pay but he said no he will take care. My daughter was very sad and hungry. Very bad experience last night. We usually go there every other week because my daughter chili love there server with ear ring he’s best I forgot his name. We never have issue this before even when they’re busy our server always check up on us. Give us update but server last night not even care about us.

Food was alright. The service was terrible considering we were there for veterans day for a veteran. The workers seemed annoyed we went for the free meal. Waitress even rolled her eyes multiple times at us!!!

We went to watch the game in the bar area and Chris. The bartender was very attentive to all of our needs. We didn’t get any alcoholic beverages, but he was quick to get us everything that we needed. I kept asking over and over for things and he never once asked, did annoyed or irritated with me and I kept feeling bad because I asked so many times for different things. he was so polite and friendly, and even though he was busy, he took the time to take care of us. I really enjoyed my visit to Chili’s. I recommend sitting in the bar area with Chris as your Server.

Another positive review for Dean, our server. Very friendly and helpful, some of the best service I've had in a while. Food and prices were decent but service was great!
We love going to this location in Fresno on the weekends but noticed they recently stopped all day happy hour on Saturday & Sunday. My family of 5 will be back when they bring back all day happy hour Saturday & Sunday.

I was served by, well, IDK 🤷♂️ he never introduced himself. We were served beer in dirty glasses (no lacing what so ever) and the salsa for the chips was a joke.
