June 18 2023shaw / fresno caupon arrival parking was easy to find on a friday afternoon. entering the store no one was upfront we were waiting about 15-20mins ( and keep in mind it was almost empty it was not packed ) so until we decided to seat ourselves once we decided to seat ourselves the worker who was sitting down and claimed to not be on the clock told us we weren’t allow to sit there. i respectfully responded by informing her that we were up waiting for a while so we thought it was a self seating restaurant.she went to the back and shortly right after a male worker Josh came to us and took our drinks and brought us our utensils. once he left 4mins later a young female worker came to the table already with an attitude set and told us we couldn’t sit where we were seated and gave an very childish ugly un profesional look before i even had the chance to respond. I then informed her that we were already being attended and she didn’t even say a word after but just proceeded to stand at our table and continue with the look i previously described i told her bye for her to walk away. I don’t really leave reviews but when i do it’s a must. I was extremely disappointed with the encounter with the two female staffs. Afterwards everyone was ok. Josh really saved that restaurant because of him we continued to proceed having our lunch there. Overall food was great!

Tried the 3 for 10$ meal was delicious secret sauce burger ? was 10/10 fries ? was delicious the soup ? was good
Was actually gonna dine at neighboring Sizzlers(great place) but line was very long. Saw Chili's and went in. Not very busy, lots of empty tables. Host told me only place to sit was at bar or tall tables next to bar. Asked about booths and he said not available. Didn't give me a wait time, I had to ask. 20 min he said. Seated 15 minutes later. Young waiter addressed me as Bro, My Guy and Brother during visit.Ordered 6oz steak, mash, corn on cob and a side salad. Different waiter popped up with my soda and water. Different waiter also brought my food. After trimming all the fat that laced the entire piece of meat, my 6oz steak was now 4oz ? When I asked for some butter I got no reply just a look and sigh of irritation. 5 minutes go by, no butter. Then my original waiter came by and apparently knew I asked for butter because he asked if I had received it. I told him no. He said I'll go get that. 6 more minutes go by, still no butter. Then the second waiter comes back and asks if I got the butter. I told HIM no as well. HE said he would get it. Another 5 minutes go by, NO BUTTER . Once again, the musical waiter game continues as the original waiter comes back AGAIN empty handed and again asks if I got the butter ?? I told him I didn't need it now, I'm almost done with my meal. He apologized and started walking away. I had to stop him and ask for a soda refill since he never asked me. Needless to say I gave NO tip as service was extremely poor and food subpar. Lesson learned...Wait in line at Sizzlers next time, food and service are Always good there.

We come here all the time, food is always hot and delicious. The servers are always nice but we got a new server this time, Dean I think? And he was amazing. The tablet times out before I could leave a review and I didn’t want him to go unrecognized! Awesome service!

We went on vday. I did not see any specials at all for vday. Place did not feel special for vday more of just a place to hang out with friends and watch sports for hrs there drinking. Everything was just ok or below. My ribs were too well done with alot of bbq sauce to cover the burnt or dryness. I think they were Nashville hot chicken tenders. It's way too salty and not spicy at all. Overall food was aight. We didn't get our soda til the food came out, so that was a waste of buying a soda. The restaurant was clean and staff was present and friendly. The men's restroom only had one toilet and I believe one urinal. Not good for a place this size and this many people. I wod hate to have to use the #2 and there's a line.
Haven't been to Chili's in years, and it did not disappoint me. My food was delicious, and my family loved theirs also. We left there stuffed, and all of us had to go bags. Our waiter was the best! He was helpful with menu questions and on point with knowing what we wanted and when. Definitely will return and won't wait so long like I did before.
